Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. We didn't want to leave because it was so peaceful. Watching the creek from the top deck every morning was one of my favorite things. Our grandchildren loved swimming in it and it's very private. Amanda is very responsive. I hope we're able to go back someday.

After storms put a damper on our weekend plans to camp at the dam site, we found Rob's listing for a cabin nearby. We were able to still get away, ride out the storms safely, and still be nearby the lake and spend ample time outdoors. There was a campfire available and lots of area for the kids to "explore" on the property. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the whole weekend, definitely not a bust! Highly Recommend and would 100% visit again!

We really enjoyed the little tiny house, everything was clean, and all the amenities were wonderful! ( I did forget to mention that the front right burner seem to not be working correctly) All the cooking utensils and spices were exceptional!! Loved the coziness and the couple was very accommodating and friendly!!
