Lovely Airbnb in a great location! Close by to many great restaurants, wine bars, and walkable to the acropolis and sight seeing destinations. The space was extremely clean and comfortable, the perfect amount of space for our group of 5 (and could have fit 1-2 more). Aircon in each room was a huge plus in the Athens heat. If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. A real lovely place to stay — feels lived in with some real unique pieces! Walking distance to a few eateries and cafes, as well as to the metro and to Philopappos hill. Pretty convenient location. Thank you for having us!

We had a lovely time at Elina’s place. The flat is cozy and suitable for a short stay in Athens. The building has an elevator and the flat has all basic necessities. The neighbourhood is vibrant and there are many great places to eat and drink. You can find small individual shops. Furthermore, you are close to all relevant historical sites and the public transport.

We stayed at Maria’s for about a week and enjoyed our stay! It was fairly close (7min) walk to the metro and one or two stops away from all of the attractions. Very peaceful and quiet location, with lots of space and nice balcony to enjoy a different view of Athens.

Stephen was a very nice host. Everything was well organized and he was very nice helping me getting around town. Perfect place to stay for a conference at the nearby conference center.

I had a wonderful stay at this flat after my two-week adventure through Mykonos, Athens, and Santorini. Lida was incredibly pleasant, responsive, and informative, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She was thorough, organized, and had a charismatic approach that made me feel welcome. The location, while slightly removed from central Athens, is in a prime spot. It’s very walkable, and I felt safe exploring the area. When I didn’t feel like walking, Ubers were affordable and convenient. But, honestly, I enjoyed walking everywhere and soaking up the local atmosphere. The seventh-floor penthouse was fantastic. The flat is spacious, with a surprisingly roomy bathroom that looks even better in person than in the photos. The foyer has tons of useful information for tourists, which I didn’t end up using, but I can see how helpful it would be for others. Overall, I had an amazing, relaxing time decompressing after a whirlwind trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!💙💙💙

Highly recommend Peter’s spot! Super affordable, central location. It’s a bit busy but nice to be near all of the neighborhoods you might want to hang in. Peter went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He was always responsive and super kind. One bummer was that we woke up to loud construction right above us on our first morning. We talked to Peter about it, though, and it wasn’t a problem after that. Overall, great stay :)

Es war ein spontaner, einwöchiger Familienausflug (3 Personen) nach Athen, der uns in Erinnerung bleiben wird und nicht nur der Stadt wegen. Veronica und Ihre Familie haben uns ganz herzlich aufgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt, als ob wir bei alten Bekannten oder bei Verwandten zu Besuch wären. Jeder Ihrer Familienmitglieder hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und haben uns stehts mit sehr vielen nützlichen Tipps versorgt. Selbst von Ihrem Hund wurden wir herzlich aufgenommen. In der Wohnung hat uns nichts an der Ausstattung gefehlt. Sollten wir wieder Athen besuchen wollen, wüssten wir, wo wir als erstes nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkeit fragen würden. Όλα άψογα , πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχα. Η οικοδέσποινα φιλική, επικοινωνιακη, επεξηγηματικη και έτοιμη να βοηθήσει και να λύσει κάθε απορία που τυχόν μπορεί να έχεις. Επιπλέον, το διαμέρισμα είναι pet friendly εξίσου σημαντικό. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ενδιαφέρεται να βρει διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και στη περιοχή του Θησείου

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire. Il est à proximité immédiate d’une petite paisible calme où se trouve de nombreux restaurants. L’appartement est calme, la terrasse est idéalement exposé au soleil toute la journée, l’immeuble est très sécurisé. L’hôte est réactif. Je recommande.

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Perfect location to experience the local scene, close to markets and local restaurants, all well within short walking distance. Home was really clean, no complaints, beds were comfortable and ample hot water. The area is some what dated since it appears to be 40 years old or so but that adds to the ambience of the area. Great food & drink all around and Uber really makes travel quick within the City.

I highly recommend Kostas's apartment . Kostas was answering quickly, the pool is great, not to far from the city. I will come back for sure.
