Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

The apartment is small but the terrace is huge, with a great view. Fantastic location in Pagkrati, within walking distance (30 minutes) of almst everything you’d want to do in Athens. Grocery store and other necessities are even closer. Because it’s a penthouse, it does warm up during the afternoon sun, even with awnings to keep the terrace in the shade. The AC cools it down, but it would be nice (and more environmentally friendly) to have window screens that would allow the windows to be open to the evening breeze without letting in mosquitoes. overall, I enjoyed staying here, and Aristomenes was always responsive.

Admin’s place was so cozy and quiet! Top floor apartment with a great Mountain View, we enjoyed staying here a lot. The area is within walking distance of many great parts of Athens.

logement facile à trouver, fidèle à la description et aux photos. le logement dispose d'une machine à glaçons qui est un vrai plus pour profiter de boissons fraiches à tout moment. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ou prendre un café/thé. il y a également un lave linge/séche linge dans la cour sous l'escalier qui est en commun avec le propriétaire. Il y a une petite cour entièrement murée pour que vos enfants puissent jouer en toute sécurité. le logement est à 25 minutes à pied du centre touristique en prenant son temps. Pour les commerces de proximités, on est bien servit avec un supermarché, une pharmacie, un café à 200 mètres (descendre la rue et tourné à gauche) il y a également de bonne boulangerie (sweet bakery (filolaou 146) que je recommande) ou restaurant( Ευλαλία (frynonos 10)que je recommande également) à 5/10 minutes à pied. Je remercie également Vasilis pour son accueil et sa réactivité pour la panne de la machine à glaçons qui à été réparer très rapidement

Prachtig appartement midden in Athene. Het is niet groot, maar groot genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is op loopafstand (30 minuutjes lopen naar Plaka). Wel heerlijk rustig appartement en fijne airco. Alles is netjes en schoon. Stella is een fantastische host en reageert altijd en heel snel. Op straat konden we de motoren goed parkeren.

Great host! Very responsive and helpful. Location was perfect too, close to many restaurants and nice public squares, coffee shops, etc. Very central. The studio is rather small, good to keep in mind if that’s an important consideration. Overall, it was a great stay for me!

Estuve en el alojamiento de Maria durante más de dos meses. Es muy amplio y totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia larga. El sofá y la cama son cómodos, y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien para los días de frío o calor. La ubicación es genial, en un barrio muy bueno de Atenas, y en 20 minutos andando estás en todos los sitios de interés y el Acrópolis. También tiene parada de metro a 15 minutos (cerca considerando lo enorme que es Atenas). Maria fue muy atenta al inicio de mi estancia. Recomiendo el apartamento para visitar Atenas, ya sea para estancias cortas o largas. Estuve como en casa!

We loved our stay at Anna-Maria’s. The family was absolutely wonderful and so welcoming! The neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing stay with lots of wonderful restaurants and beautiful parks nearby and the apartment is very comfortable. Highly recommend!
