Holiday rentals with a pool in Pannipitiya

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

We had a great stay and Janith's Airbnb. Really good communication, and care taker was around if we needed any help with anything. Perfect for a group stay. Was clean, tidy. Pool was exactly what you needed with the heat and lit up in the evening so you could still enjoy it at night time. Would recommend... looking Forward to coming back :)

Anouk and Sunil’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. Both of them are extremely helpful and private and respect your space too. The house is done up beautifully and is safe and secure. We loved the place and will come back again for sure!

Location is perfect and very convenient to all amnesties. Upeksha is responding very quickly and friendly. Very clean home with nice pool. no parking issues. Prefer to go again and there is no hesitation to recommend this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kanishka airbnb. The location was fantastic with easy rides with PickMe. Kanishka was very responsive and easily sorted out any minor issues that came up. Would love to stay here again in the future

I had a comfortable stay here! The location is very convenient! what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, including a lovely view of the city. While it might seem a bit far from the center at first glance, it’s actually not. Tuktuks are always available right downstairs, and there's also a mini mart for essentials. The house has most of the amenities you’d need, and the bottles of water in the fridge were a really thoughtful touch. The host was also quick to respond and solve any issues I had. Definitely recommended!

We had a beautiful experience at this Airbnb. What an amazing apartment beautifully decorated , so modern and amazing furniture including the beds and bathrooms were wonderful. I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment during my recent trip to Colombo, and it truly was the best I’ve ever experienced in the city. After a terrible experience with another host in Mount Lavinia, I urgently needed to relocate to a safe and comfortable place, and this apartment was a breath of fresh air! The space is modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, and he handled everything with the utmost respect and professionalism which made all the difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate everything he did to make my stay comfortable and worry-free. Without a doubt, whenever I return to Colombo, this is the place I’ll choose to stay!

Beautiful pristine apartment in a very good location. Pool area very quiet and a great place to relax. Excellent security, felt extremely safe. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and we have no issue about recommending this apartment.
