Nice house, quiet neighbourhood, good base to visit Nicosia and other interesting tourist attractions.

Amazing place, feels like home, like country house. My 3 yo son was totally amused with vintage stuff placed everywhere. There are a lot of experiences which you can get: pool, fire pit, jacuzzi, fire place, local eggs etc. We are definitely going to visit this place again! Thanks a lot for that hidden gem of forest peace!

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. Мы отлично провели время с подругой и нашими питомцами,что немаловажно для нас! Очень красивое место,тропы,горные массивы,виноградники,и многое другое! Потрясающе звездное небо и тишина,погружают в легкость и забвение от городской суеты! Очень добродушные хозяева! Мы немного заблудились в самом начале,и Michalina,встретила нас и проводила до места проживания!Также нас угостили свежими яйцами и фруктами,которыми мы вдоволь насладились! Восторг и только! Мы обязательно вернемся! Спасибо!

This was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in! I absolutely loved it — the house is incredibly spacious, full of natural light, cozy and just overall amazing. The cleanliness was truly exceptional, everything was spotless. There were so many amenities, thoughtfully provided for every need. The outdoor area was stunning, with a huge garden and breathtaking views. At the same time, it felt very private and peaceful — no disturbances at all. It was an unforgettable experience and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Angela ist eine vorbildliche Gastgeberin: + freundlich + zuverlässig + fürsorglich + sehr gut erreichbar + hilfs- und kompromissbereit Die Unterkunft ist top gepflegt: + mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt ist + sauber und aufgeräumt + beste Lage + bequeme Bette + viel Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern + nette Nachbarn Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Minus "Ameisen". Die sind überall, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell an deren Gesellschaft. 😉

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location, quiet and very nice apartment. It had everything we needed for this two days! Only thing that was missing was a veranda.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und top ausgestattet. Als wir ankamen haben wir ein paar Früchte, Brot, Käse etc. als Willkommenspacket in der Küche. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspühler und Klimaanlage. Der Pool hat eine super Grösse und wird zwei mal die Woche gereinigt. Im Meer direkt unter dem Haus kann man baden, auch wenn es nur einen winzigen Strand hat. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen das das Haus einige Kilometer weg ist von Agia Napa. Was leider fehlt ist ein Save für die Wertsachen und ein Rolladen (hat nur ein Rollo) der richtig dunkel macht. Der Fernseher ist top, hat unzählige Sender. Leider stocket der Empfang immer wieder mal. Alles in allem hatten wir wunderschöne Ferien und können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was perfect for our family getaway. The villa itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many entertainment options to keep everyone happy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable holiday. We’d love to come back! 🥰

Dora has a great place, we had a wonderful stay! It was clean and spacious and right on the sea which was lovely to wake up to in the morning. Dora was very responsive and helped us with the house alarm when needed. One point to note is that the description states that the garden is fully fenced. The front space is but the back garden is not fenced but we kept our dog on a long line so it didn’t matter. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend.

Lovely secluded place and walkable to both the beach and the shops. Enjoyed the stay and the owners are extremely helpful / responsive. Recommend a stay here if you’re going to Protaras.

Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik istediğiniz her şey evde mevcut yoksa bile Ceyhun bey istediğiniz şeyleri bulmak için çaba sarf ediyor. Biz eve girdiğimizde her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldi. odalar çok düzenli ve temizdi. Çocuklar için havuz keyfi bambaşkaydı. Akşam mangal ve gün batımı harika. Bu ev tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak seviyede Kıbrısa bir daha ki gelişimizde tekrar bu evde kalmak harika olur. herkese tavsiye ederim. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kemal’s villa. The pool was lovely and the bougainvillea was simply beautiful! We loved Kyrenia and Nicosia and are looking forward to our next trip! Kemal was incredibly attentive and responded to any of our messages immediately. Thank you so much!
