Great location close to the Mount, the beach, and local shops. The place was clean, beautifully styled, and had the convenience of a carpark. Luanne was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable spot near everything the Mount has to offer.

Very clean apartment with a beautiful partial view of the water and full view of the hill. Very comfortable place close to breakfast, brunch and dinner places! Kristin’s instructions were very clear and she replied within 5 minutes!

The Airbnb was exactly what we were looking for! It was quiet, within walking distance to cafes, a short drive to supermarkets, and about 10 minutes from Tauranga city center. Would definitely recommend!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

Such a lovely home! We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and there was lots of room for our family of 6. As an extra bonus, we could bring our dog and we really appreciated the fully fenced yard. It’s only a short drive to the beach and to a variety of yummy places to eat. I would definitely recommend.

Incredible home on the coast of Tauranga. Beach is literally less than a 3 minute walk from the home. Super comfortable and very clean. Amazing balcony off the living room with a clear ocean view. Best seat in the house. Kitchen is will designed and very functional. Remodeled bathrooms and the downstairs room looks great. Jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic to have so close. However, the winner 🥇 is the outdoor bamboo shower! Most amazing shower ever! I can never shower indoors again. Hannah was so responsive to all my needs and questions. She organized a personal chef to come to the home to cook us breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommend you do this! Such a beautiful beach home that warms the heart and soul to create a sanctuary for peaceful tranquility.

This property is absolutely stunning. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was fully equiped with everything we needed and exceeded all our expectations. The games room and spa was a major hit with us adults as the weather wasn't that great. Our kids loved all the animals and the groundsmen on the property was so welcoming and gave us some free range eggs. we highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking again
