Property is across the road from the beach. Just been totally refurbished to what I would say is 4star plus. Children under one yrs old stay free. Main bedroom has Huge California King Bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a Queen bed plus two single beds. Cafe and takeaways is 3 minute walk. Only a 1.4 km walk to Bayfair shopping mall, movie theatres and a large selection of restaurants. The same distance to walk to Bay-wave indoor swimming pools with water slide.

Great coastal panoramic views with beautiful sunsets, Only 8 min's drive to Papamoa surf beach and shopping etc. The cottage is in a peaceful, rural setting in the Papamoa hills, with native Tui and Wood pigeon etc around, The cottage is adjacent to our own house and yet private, we respect your privacy and keep non intrusive to your stay and space unless required.
