Our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. The house is tucked away in the jungle, surrounded by trees, palms, lush vegetation, and various animals. You can relax inside with air conditioning while enjoying the view through the large windows, or unwind on the spacious terrace and take in the natural surroundings. The interior was exactly as described - clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything listed. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Communication was excellent: quick responses, clear instructions, and even help guiding us to the house, which isn’t the easiest to find. There’s a beach nearby, and even the heart of the tourist area is within easy reach. You’ll definitely need a real 4x4 vehicle, as reaching the property requires crossing a stream several times - which can become more challenging during the rainy season. We would definitely choose this place again if we return to Costa Rica.

Suggestion for tenants: the car really has to be 4X4!! The place is beautiful, I can't explain how beautiful it is...but the entrance and exit is extremely difficult if you don't have a 4X4, and if you use the transport or "taxis" that are here in Santa Teresa, the foreigners charge you up to 16,000 colones ($31.50) for a 2-minute round trip, in my opinion the transport is very expensive haha. But in general it's a beautiful place! We will definitely return in the summer to enjoy the area and the house more. Thanks Alvaro, always for your kindness and attention, you were the best Host.🙂‍↕️🥹 The truth is, we had a very good experience, we saw monkeys, we enjoyed the pool, even taking a shower with the forest in sight was refreshing! We love it!

Really beautiful property with all creature comforts. Private pool was a wonderful place to play and hang out. Short walk to almost completely private beach. Groceries and restaurants near by.

Barbara and Johns place exceed our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice it was truly beautiful. They were also amazing hosts and went above and beyond to help make our stay very special. I would heavily recommend staying here and with this host! Barbara gave many great recommendations and even helped my boyfriend (now fiancée) plan a surprise proposal at the local beach! This was truly a trip to remember and the beautiful house and amazing hosts made our stay even more incredible.

A lovely place! Clean, beautiful decor, comfortable, the hosts are very nice and attentive to any need. I was traveling with my birthday mom and they had a beautiful detail with her. A few flowers and a bottle of wine, thank you from the heart. Beautiful gardens and beautiful pool. We had such an amazing time celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect. The property is stunning. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate. This was the perfect space to spend a week connecting with friends. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this property if you want a peaceful space with beautiful surroundings but still close enough to everything Santa Teresa has to offer.

Diane’s place far exceeded our expectations. Great location, very tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there and available. The setting is amazing, looking out over the jungle and seeing the monkeys off the balcony. The sounds in the morning and evening are amazing. Great pool, grill etc etc. We would come back here in a heart beat.

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing time at the Ocean View Villa. Adriana and the staff that take care of the property were so friendly and hospitable. We visited during rainy season, and they were so quick to pull the lounge chair cushions under cover to prevent them from getting soaked. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire stay. They gave us helpful tips before and during our stay. The house and views were so good. The local area was fun to explore. We are so grateful to have had a chance to stay here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a fantastic stay in Costa Rica!

The place looks exactly like the pictures. A small, cozy Airbnb with beautiful windows and great vibes. Honestly, we loved it. Huge shoutout to Josefina for being such a great host, super communicative and proactive. And a standing ovation for Jenny, who handled the cleaning. We brought in sand daily and cooked every day, and somehow she always made the place look brand new again. Truly amazing. A couple of quick notes: if you’re not comfortable with off-road driving, this might not be the best fit at least for now while the roads aren’t fully prepared. It can get tricky, especially after rain when it’s slippery. Also, the house is right next to the road. Most of the time it’s super quiet, but occasionally you might hear some traffic from workers going up and down the hill. All in all, we really recommend and hope you have such a nice time as we did.

A luxury apartment, all very new and fine and the place where it is located safe and beautiful, with pool, beach, restaurant and supermarket within the same condominium and close to the Curú reserve, Playa Pochote and Playa Muertos. 100% recommended

We loved spending two nights in nature. It was so peaceful! Esteban was immediately there upon our arrival and Ingrid checked in daily to ensure everything was going well. The Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve is extremely close (you can walk) and it was beautiful to hike there. We did not see deer but my morning yoga session on the deck with 5-10 monkeys jumping in the trees was spectacular. I will not forgot this. I also could watch them from the shower. This place is just a delight.

Absolutely incredible stay! Par en Par was even more beautiful than the photos. The views were truly breathtaking — we could see the ocean from every room and loved the privacy each space offered. The villa itself was spotless, stylish, and perfectly set up for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. The pool was a dream — clean, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery that made it feel like our own private oasis. The service was top notch. Omer was responsive, helpful, and always friendly. Any questions and requests were answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

I had a great stay! Anne-Laure is a wonderful host—she made sure my check-in went smoothly and helped me out multiple times during my stay. This cabin is a gem! It’s on a peaceful, predominantly local strip of beach, pretty close to Playa de los Muertos. The backyard has some awesome iguanas who live in the trees (and love fruit) and you can literally be on the beach in a minute and in the very comfortable, chill water in another minute! Jennifer connected us with her local host, Neisy who same day booked us a tour with Norberto. He picked us up on the beach from his boat and took us to Isla Tortuga for snorkeling and then to see the bioluminescence at night. Absolutely gorgeous!

We only stayed one night and really enjoyed our stay. The property was spotless and the instructions were very clear. Ana was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. It was the first time I had seen so many avocados growing on trees. The setting was peaceful, the air conditioning was nice, and the black out shades were a plus! The best part was the delicious breakfast!! Thank you Ana!!!

We loved our month stay with Rachel, Danny, Ghetto and Tiguron! We felt at home immediately. The airbnb was as expected if not better, perfect for a long stay and working remotely. Close to the main road, it's a 3 mins drive to Santa Teresa. We recommend using an ATV to go around - Rachel and Danny have a great rental recommandation! Talking about recommandations, they have so many great spots they shared with us that made our stay even more enjoyable. We hope to stay there again next time we come back at Santa Teresa!
