Villa holiday rentals in Paquera

Everything is excellent. The house is beautiful and super close to Montezuma Centro. The street is a bit neglected, but it's something foreign to the house. If they improve the street it would be amazing since it takes a 4x4 or good car to enter.

From beginning to end the stay was spectacular. Glori, Rosa and Cheppe were great helping us with everything and staying on the beach in a beautiful home was wonderful. Best place Ive stayed with greatest concierge and service.

Pricilla and Pia were absolutely amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had an extended family in Costa Rica. They were always just a message away—whether it was for a quick question or an unexpected emergency (our little daughter spiked a fever and needed to see a doctor), they were there with immediate support, kindness, and guidance. Their recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and local services were all top-notch and made our trip even more special. Thanks to them, we felt safe, informed, and incredibly well taken care of. My family—including our three young kids—had the time of our lives at the Seamonkey. We left with unforgettable memories and full hearts. Highly recommend this incredible stay to anyone visiting the area!

This place is stunning. Sweeping views of the ocean. Howler monkeys in the trees one day. Colorful birds. Everything. Plus it’s a litttttle but outside the main strip of town which is good because it’s quiet Steep driveway but everywhere nice in Santa Teresa has one. Rent an atv or a 4x4 vehicle. Highly recommend this place!

We’ve stayed with Jessica a few times in the past and this time did not disappoint, as usual! The place was spotless upon arrival and really comfortable. The view from the deck is even better than what can be captured by the photos. It’s the busiest time of year in ST and Jessica’s place is so close to town and yet very quiet, away from the noise and dust. Atv recommended to get up the hill, as the listing says. Host is super responsive and can hook you up with atv rentals, etc! Thanks for another amazing stay!

The house and surrounding environment was incredibly we saw many animals including monkeys, butterflies, curious squirrels and many colourful birds where especially the hummingbirds gets very close to you if you wish. Anne-Laures is ever helpful and fast responding if you have questions about anything 😊. The place is literally almost in the jungle with a view above it and over the ocean and that is only a 10 minute drive in your 4x4 car. We had a great time at Villa Lasai! Sophie- the concierge, did a great job assisting us with anything we needed and the house itself is exactly what you see on the pictures- gorgeous with breathtaking views, great pool and outdoor area. I am not an early bird by any means but I enjoyed waking up early in this house a lot- hearing all the forest inhabitants, ocean waves breaking somewhere further make you want to start your day to see/feel more of that. The house is located up the hill and the road is partially paved which took us one full round trip to get used to, but once you get a hang of it- it’s totally fine just a bit bumpy. In terms of proximity to everything the location is great, once you’re down the hill- you’re on the main street of Santa Teresa with all the restaurants, shops and tons of ocean access points. Overall, would definitely recommend Villa Lasai and would love to come back here some time in the future!

We came for the view from the pool and were not disappointed. As others mentioned, you must have a 4x4 and I’d recommend grocery shopping first - you won’t want to leave once you get there and there’s no food or service close buy.

We stayed 2 nights at the Layla house and we felt right at home, the house is very quiet and private The beds are very comfortable and ideal for all 8 guests The person who takes care of the house is always attentive to open the door at all times We would definitely go back

Our friends rented this house a year ago and loved it so much that we decided to book it for our honeymoon, and we are happy we did. The Casa Mirame concierge team made everything flawless - from restaurant recommendations and setting up excursions, to even booking our 4x4 rental at the Cobano Airport. You need 4x4. The road is steep and partially unpaved. However, the drive is more than worth it. The home is spotless, includes daily maid service, looks better than the photos, and the views are magical. The place is totally private, and the pool is AMAZING. We would watch birds and listen to monkeys and the waves in the distance while the sun set.

We had a great stay for our friend’s Bachelorette! If driving, it may be a tough to find, the outside gate is not marked, but the local shuttle drivers know where it is. We were had contact with house manager, Leo, he helped with arranging meals, groceries, transportation, excursions and answered all questions. He was welcoming and patience. The cook was great, the meals she prepped were the best during our stay. The house was gorgeous, felt private, clean and very spacious for the 8 of us (just keep in mind that you’re in the jungle so expect lots of bugs and birds!). The bedrooms had ice cold AC, were spacious and very comfortable. The views are STUNNING and the pool was perfect. It was a 5-10 minute walk to Tango Mar Hotel and the beach.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It looked just like the photos. The open-concept design was very clean and featured amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Judit's communication and support were exceptional from the moment we booked until our final day, so many things would not have been possible without her help. We had everything we needed in the villa and were able to plan excursions and local transportation easily. I highly recommend staying here, but be sure to bring bug spray for the mosquitoes!

Yonatan’s home and hospitality is the best experience I have ever had on AirBnb—the house is stunning, Yonatan’s communication was beyond excellent. He set up cabs for us, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, had a private link to set up excursions with Local Bird, a great delivery service to get groceries (SippDelivery) and had beer and wine and treats from the AMAZING local bakery waiting for us upon arrival. The beds are soooo comfortable and laundered to perfection by the housekeeper, Deyling, who comes every day. We brought my parents as a gift and it was a gift to us all that we chose Villa Kaleo. The pool is great, the view is gorgeous. We saw white face monkeys, iguanas, heard howler monkeys—all around the house. Highly recommend horseback riding with Oscar as well. GO!

I would highly recommend Alan and his Villa. From the start he was very responsive and helpful for accommodations. I constantly visit Santa Teresa and this was my favorite stay so far. The villa was clean, private, the pool was beautiful and Tomas,our concierge, did a great job checking us in, providing recommendations and making us feel like home. Thank you Alan and Tomas for this wonderful weekend! 10/10

This place is perfect. A very short walk to the beach, lots of wildlife surrounding the home, clean and comfortable. Great kitchen, and a quiet home big enough for everyone to have their own space to unwind and relax. We had howler monkeys visiting regularly, lots of unique birds coming and going all day, you are in the thick of the jungle while close to the ocean and the town. It’s quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable which is very important to us hoping to have a restful vacation, which is Exactly what this was. The host is very responsive and helpful in booking excursions and activities making our adventures fun and easy. Thanks for making our vacation a memorable one!

Amazing villa with amazing stuff!

My wife, 4 year old daughter, and 1 year old son had the best time at Julie’s place. Air con cranks, boho decor, beautiful front porch! The landscaping was amazing and the pool was perfect for the kids. Monkeys swing over you in the pool during the afternoon. Super close walk to beach to surf! Julie answered all our questions promptly and provided us with great recommendations. We rode horses during sunset referred by Julie and it was awesome! You are at the quieter north end of town. 5 star all the way! Thank you Julie!!!

We had a great stay at Casa Mango. The pictures were accurate and the place was spotless Laura the host was flawless, she’s was constantly available - giving us suggestions and advice through out our stay, very attentive and made our stay so much more enjoyable with the use of local knowledge. Absolutely stunning villa in Costa Rica! The property was beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush nature, with Playa Hermosa only a short walk away. The interior was zen, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. What made the stay even more special was the host, Luis who was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Make sure to check out El Facon while you are in town for one of the best meals you will ever have! I can't wait to come back.

We loved everything about Emilia's place. The place is very well designed with lots of light and open space. It actually felt more spacious than what we expected from the pictures. It was very clean and well-equipped. The shared pool is very nice and we actually had it to ourselves most of the time. Our kids loved it! We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful. Comfortable. Cozy. This is a stay we will never forget!! Aside from the stunning views of the ocean and complete privacy, the villa is charming as can be - a chic bohemian beach paradise. If you’re looking to sip coffee and make breakfast in the morning, while listening to the sounds of nature (a symphony of birds, insects, and the occasional howler monkey roar) from your poolside hammock, this is the place for you!!! It will feel like you’re in a dream! Also, Fiona, our concierge, is a shining gem of a human - so kind and gracious and helpful!!! 11/10 would recommend this place. The only, and I mean ONLY, downside is that the villa is located a ways up the hill and the road is steep and treacherous in some places. We would definitely recommend a mode of transportation to get to the villa. We walked down into town most days and while we had to be careful, it was doable. The walk back up was quite challenging tho - a great workout for those more abled-bodied travelers.

Wonderful house! Yoad was incredibly friendly and attentive. The property was just as described, with a beautiful view and a very private setting. Great location—close to supermarkets and shops. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a big plus. We’d definitely love to come back. A fantastic spot! I recommend!
