Unit includes a kitchenette, master bedroom, living room (with futon couch bed) and bathroom, heat/AC Mr.Cool wall unit you can adjust to your liking. Private gated entrance and patio. Beautiful garden. 1.2 miles to downtown. Stays of 3 days or longer require free cleaning during the stay. WE HAVE A MEDICAL NOTE ON FILE DUE WITH AIRBNB AS DUE TO ALLERGIES WE CANNOT ALLOW DOGS OR CATS OF ANY KIND.

Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

Updated VINTAGE Mid-Century original, with room to roam, makes a perfect environment for intimate gatherings, or a peaceful, private getaway. Our home is 3,400 sq. feet and sits on over an acre, with idyllic views of mature trees, horse pastures and Bidwell Park. We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.
