Pretty neat stay. Simple with all the essentials for a brief stay. The apartment was clean and has a lot of room. Huge fridge as well. Had a good stay.

Such a beautiful and clean place this is, not to mention the backyard is ideal for soaking up some sun. Melissa is so sweet, my toddler left his blankie behind and she went above and behind to ship it back to me. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Quaint and private place with a great pool.

Phil and Peggy’s place was perfect for my needs. It’s small but it had everything I needed. It was easy to unload/load my car from my parking spot on the driveway and there was perfect amount of floor space for my pooch and her bed.

What a gem of a space! Beautiful, peaceful and had everything I needed. Very gracious and helpful hosts and the artwork in the unit was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

The home was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all finding the place. Area was very quiet and private also. Would absolutely stay again if needed!

Easily one of my favorite stays in PHX. Perfect for a short trip and very comfy!

What a gem of a place this is! It's quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood, and lovely both inside and out. The bed is very comfortable and so is the living room area - great couch and chair. There are places to sit outside as well. Sarah is as much of a gem as her place is! She's so invested in making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

My extended stay (~11days) at this Casita was relaxing and quiet. Just the right size for a bachelor like me, or a couple traveling to Phoenix alone to visit some family or explore. The space is small, but not tiny. There’s plenty of room to spread out, but not enough to clutter. You will run into rental neighbors in the main house, mine all left me alone, and rarely used the communal outdoor spaces. I’ll definitely look at renting this Casita again if/when visiting the Phoenix area again.

This was the perfect spot for a get away. Quiet neighborhood and a great central location to all surrounding cities. It was the perfect size for me and my husband. Even though it's a guest house, it felt very private. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Five star on all levels. We appreciated the full-sized appliances and the well stocked dinnerware and pans. The shower was full-sized and had a rainfall head. The TV had Apple TV and the internet was available. There was nice seating outside in a delightful backyard.

This will b my go to place when traveling thru Az. I have even recommended it to locals for their wknd stays. :) Great hosts!!! They give you your privacy but are there when u need to communicate. I had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s place. The space was even better than the pictures, and had everything needed to make the stay perfect. Easy walk into the downtown area. Convenient shops and groceries nearby as well. Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent! We used to live in the area and know that this location is best to have ready access to everything. The traffic is never bad, compared to other areas in the valley. Our dog and their dog were in love, so that was adorable and gave our pup something to enjoy each day. The homeowners were so friendly, but will give you your space if that's what you prefer. We would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again!
