It was the best vacation we've ever had. Endless thanks to the host. They were warm and caring as if we were on vacation with a family elder. The house was spotless and everything was perfect. The house is very close to the center of the island, food and drink spots and the most beautiful bays. The hosts are overly considerate and friendly. Thank you so much to the hosts for their support and a great home experience on the island. We made a friend, family on the other side of the island. They always have a house in Turkey as in our chios… Endless thanks to Simos and his wife 🙏

If you are looking to be in a place, that is walking distance from the center of the city of Chios, this is your place. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Lot's of privacy. Only minus on the place is that there is no view towards sea (you are surrounded by buildings), although the garden gives some nice touch. Highly recommended

Our host greeted us with a smile. The house was very clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. All our needs were considered. The house is located in a garden with olive trees. It was very enjoyable to listen to the sounds of birds. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed that balcony. In addition, the host's gift basket prepared specifically for Chios Island was a very thoughtful detail.❤️ The four of us had a very pleasant stay. Since we went with our own vehicle, we had no difficulty in reaching the center and other touristic areas. There was a safe parking space for the vehicle in the garden of the house. We also had no problems with hot water. We did not encounter any items that were not used at home. If it was our 👏🏻 own house, we wouldn't be praising it so much. 😅

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, but also within walking distance of the university and the center. It was in a quiet place where there was no noise from the street. Nikiforos is very friendly and willing to answer everything! Thank you very much for the hospitality and when we visit the island again, we will stay there again!

We absolutely loved Marietta’s place , the apartment was perfect, very clean and modern. The main square, harbour /restaurants and shops were very close by on foot. We found all the conveniences close by , a small supermarket for the things you need just a small walk from the apartment. Everything was as described . We did not have any issues , we will definitely book again when we come back to Chios.

Georges instructions were amongst the clearest I've ever been given on AirBnB. The apartment was perfectly located one block from the square. The three restaurants in town were all amazing. We only had one minor issue (inconsistent water pressure), and he contacted someone in the village to resolve it that night, and then a plumber to double check all is working well. Our baby was unwell, so we couldn't do all of the trails, but what we did do was great. George made sure to offer any assistance with the hospital, and with any translations or pharmacy pickups.

Stefanos contacted us the day before we went to the island and helped us a lot when he learned that we would go to the island early in the morning and we were able to enter the house early. The house we stayed in was absolutely perfect. The balcony view was very enjoyable. Due to the location of the house, we could easily reach the places we wanted to go and it provided us with a lot of convenience. Everything was spotless in the house. There were all kinds of items, tools, and technological devices that should be in a house. We were very, very satisfied during our stay. We thank Stefanos for his interest and his wonderful house:) When we come again, we will definitely choose this house with pleasure:)

Ms. Tugce is a meticulous person who instantly produces solutions to even small problems and attaches importance to her work. The house is clean and very conveniently furnished. It is also very close to the city center. We are very pleased, we would gladly recommend it to everyone.
