The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The apartment is located near the main square of Ireon village and two minutes from the beach. Ireon village is located at the south of the island. The Oceanis cottage house sits on a hill overlooking the pelagic south of the village of Koumeika, a stone-built newly built farmhouse set in a 15-acre olive grove on top of a hill overlooking the southern Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. The house because of its surroundings is suitable for agrotourism.
