This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

This exquisite villa is located in Koroni with panoramic sea and landscape view . You will be amazed from the breathtaking sea views from all levels and rooms of the villa. Villa Nr 1 is composed of two small houses. The first house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house and the second house is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom house and they both share the pool. They are 20 meters apart. Both are independent and fully equipped including kitchen with dishwasher, living room and external resting area. The villa is near Kalogria beach in the picturesque village of Stoupa. Amazing sea and olive grove views will relax and enhance your senses. Ideal for 2 families with kids.
