At the front of the house is a walled garden enclosing a private parking place...….while at the rear is a spacious, shaded courtyard.

It is just 30 m from the sea and 150 - 200 m from the sandy beaches of Monopetro and Rihi Nera. On the other side of the castle, the port with the taverns and the old cafes.
