Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Δοκιμάστε τοπικούς μεζέδες στην τραπεζαρία κάτω από τη σκιά της πέργκολας, κάνετε ένα χαλαρωτικό μασάζ στην πισίνα απολαμβάνοντας το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Όταν νυχτώσει απολαύστε τους φωτισμένους βράχους, που προστατεύουν την αυλή, και τη χρυσαφένια θάλασσα . Έχοντας γευτεί κάθε στιγμή της μέρας μία ζεστή φωλιά θα σας περιμένει.

Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. Claire is our favorite holiday home of 45 square meters that was completely renovated in 2022. It is located right next to the sea, less than a minute walk from the beach and just 3.2 km from Tinos town while bordering the ancient temple of Poseidon and Amphitrite. It stands out for the Luxury, Comfort, tranquility and privacy it offers, while comfortably accommodating a family of four and couples. It also has a private parking space.
