Monthly Rentals in Paralia Liapades

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at Floras place. The property itself is outstanding and has every small detail taken care of . It was ideal for a relaxing stay and we enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool every day of our holiday. We had complete privacy due to the clever design of the Villa di Pietra houses ( we were in the one nearest the road ) but shops and restaurants were only 100 metres away. Rovinia beach is beautiful but its a 10 minute walk with a bit of a hill so maybe be aware of that if you intend to spend a lot of time at the beach. Waking up every morning to the view out to the valley and beyond was really a big highlight. Great Internet and excellent facilities in the kitchen . Flora and her son were very responsive and helpful and very accomodating by allowing us to check in early on our day or arrival. All in all I think this is an amazing property for a peaceful family break.

The stay was great - the apartment is located in a really good location, great restaurants & bars are within a few minutes walk! The area is one of the most beautiful on the island, no doubt. The view from the apartment window is breathtaking. And of course the lovely boat ride provided completely for free was a huge plus, thank you so much Angela 🩵🌊🐟

We've stayed here and we're very happy with our cozy room. We didn't use the kitchen but all the appliances were there. One must be aware of the location needing either good knowledge of the very few buses going to the village or a rented car.

Thanks to Stamatis for a very lovely stay. He kindly let us check in early, as well as hold our luggage bags after check out (as have a late flight). The place was wonderful. Thanks!
