Such an incredible home in the best location in Alonnissos, the Old Village. Right in the center of town, with the most incredible view from two scenic decks. This traditional Greek home had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We loved sitting outside in the morning for coffee and enjoying our meals on the patio. The location was perfect, just a short walk into the village where there was our favorite bakery, a grocery store, cute shops and restaurants. Melanie was the best host and was so great in recommendations and getting back to me with all of my questions! We wished we could have stayed longer!

The house is spotless & very well appointed, & the views from both balconies overlooked the bay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the little beach/bay with sun loungers & 2 Tavernas plus a bar. There is a tiny little shop with limited provisions in the port. The main ferry port is a 15 minute walk (lots of steps, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems). There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful old town up on the hill is 20 minutes drive away. Our host Niki, was very friendly & helpful, she kindly booked a taxi to meet us from the ferry port on our arrival & take us to the house & also a rental car & arranged for it to be delivered to the house. We had a wonderful time on the island & it was great to have a car & visit the little beaches & taverna’s around the island. There are boat trips & self drive boats available from the old port too. We would recommend Niki’s house for a holiday, a quiet peaceful place to stay on a beautiful island ☺️

nahe am Hafen und an der Chora mit tollem Ausblick ..Kosta holte uns vom Hafen ab und war sehr zuvorkommend... Man muss eine steile Treppe ohne Geländer gehen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und das Wasser lief nicht ab im Waschbecken. In der Küche war alles vorhanden für Frühstück oder zum Kochen. Das Highlight der Blick oben aus dem Schlafzimmer aufs Meer und das Dorf. Das Haus war in wunderbarem Zustand. Auch Mückenfenster, Rollläden.. und noch besser der Whirlpool..mit Meerblick.. auch schöne Sitzgelegenheiten..sehr ruhig gelegen .. alles für einen entspannten Urlaub auf der ruhigen und grünen Insel. Wir haben uns sehr woh gefühlt und das Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Im Ort gibt's Supermarkt, Bäcker, Arzt, Apotheke... Danke Smaragdi und Kosta .. es war sehr schön bei euch

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Panayiota und haben jeden Moment dort genossen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Eleni am Parkplatz abgeholt und zum Häuschen gebracht. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man benötigt und einen wunderschönen Garten mit tollem Ausblick! Eleni ist eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin!

A lovely room and host. The roof terrace looking over the harbour is spectacular. The location is good if you’re happy to climb lots of steps through the town. Anna left some lovely wine and lots of biscuits. Everything suited us perfectly.

Ci ha accolti la mamma che è stata gentilissima. L appartamento è molto carino con una vista mare splendida. Se dovessi tornare ad Alonissos lo sceglierei di nuovo!

La casa corrisponde in pieno all'annuncio. Posizione bellissima all'inizio del paese vecchio ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Perfetta la pulizia e la presenza di tutto il necessario, quali elettrodomestici (grande frigor, macchina del caffè, microonde, forno, piano ad induzione, lavatrice e prodotti per igiene personale e per pulizia). Dimitris ci ha lasciato cialde del caffè, acqua in frigor. Insomma non mancava proprio nulla. E poi la vera perla è il terrazzo con una bellissima vista sulla Chota e sul mare, per metà verandato e arredato per poter mangiare o rilassarsi al tramonto. Insomma la cad di Maria è assolutamente un'incredibile esperienza e saremo felici di tornarci se dovessimo tornare ad Alonissos. Due settimane stupende. Grazie Maria e ai tuoi genitori... fantastici
