Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για ζευγάρια ή παρέα δύο ατόμων, όπου θέλουν να περάσουν τις διακοπές τους ξέγνοιαστα. Η θέα είναι απλά μοναδική καθώς το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο υψηλότερο σημείο του λιμανιού στο κέντρο του νησιού. Οι αποστάσεις κοντινές προς όλες τις παραλίες είτε με τα πόδια είτε με κάποιο όχημα. Private off road parking. Each apartment has the facility to accommodate a third family member to be arranged with the host. In season the local bus can stop outside. Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Ωστόσο, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. Από τις δύο βεράντες του σπιτιού μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα του στενού Περιστέρα.
