This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. It is only 1.30 hours from Athens, 30 minutes from Patras and 35 minutes from Kalavrita. In 5 minutes you can be in Diakopto and take the Toothed Railway to Kalavrita. There are taverns and cafes nearby. Enjoy your vacation in a unique, independent space that will meet all your needs.
