Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ.Στην πλαγιά της Βέργας εκεί όπου η άγρια φύση περιπλέκει τα αρώματα της μαζί με την ιστορία του τόπου, δημιουργήθηκε το Lithea Villas από πέτρα και μπετό. Για αρχή υπήρξε ο λίθος οπού στα αρχαία ελληνικά ονομάζεται η πέτρα ,κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της δόμησης του και ύστερα ήρθε η θέα για την οποία ο καθένας θα μείνει έκπληκτος από την έκταση της.
