"Secret Paradise" Private Pool Villa-Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Inside the house, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, and one and a half bathrooms. In the evenings, a terrace provides a perfect place to witness spectacular sunsets. Aditionally, the villa promotes environmental responsibility by relying on solar energy harvested from its rooftop.

Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Captain Ilias Mansion 1840

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

Enjoy your stay in this peaceful place in the center of the island! Our apartment is just a five-minute walk from the main port. It is a place overlooking the central beach of Agios Mammas, suitable for couples and small families. The place has a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two people, and a baby cot can be provided. Just 100 meters away are the two most central beaches of the island!
