Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Paranaque City

This is like our 3rd and 4th booking sa house nila. We super love the place. Very convenient and it has all the stuff we need sa house. The location is perfect, malapit sa main road and establishments. Peaceful environment din yung location. And super hands on si host. Very cri g and responsive. Will surely book again.

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

Overall was satisfied with our stay. There could be improvements to be made like the spoilt balcony door lock. The place was accessible to everything you need and it's easy to book a grab since I prefer to leave my car. The free parking was an added bonus. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Lovely place! The interiors are beautiful and the place is clean. One thing though is that you have to go up two flights of stairs to go up the lobby so it's not as accessible.

If I was to stay in makati again, I’d stay here

This place was SOOO peaceful and quiet, I was able to get some of the best sleep l've had in a long time. The vibe was super relaxing, and it felt like the perfect little getaway from the usual noise and chaos. Everything was just as described, and the space was cozy and comfortable. Totally worth it for the price! I'd definitely book here again next time I need a chill spot to recharge. Also, plus points kasi super responsive and accommodating ng hosts, ni ate Mich, and lahat ng staff sa condo. Super friendly pati guards! Until next time!

The unit has everything we need for a comfortable stay. There’s a water dispenser, so we didn’t have to buy drinking water, and a coffee press is provided, no need to bring our own. It even includes basic consumables like cooking oil, sugar, dishwashing liquid and others, which is such a thoughtful touch. I especially loved the guitar. It’s rare to find one in rental units these days. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and snacks, something you usually only see in hotels. Ms. Irene was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for the warm and convenient stay!

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.
