Had a great stay here!! Host treated me very well and upgraded the internet just for my work stay. Was really grateful for this. The building has beautiful lights and pool area. You have to pay for the pool unless you stay a month. However, the place was right next to the SM mall u could walk to get groceries and whatever u needed!! Homey feeling:)

Very good owner, easy to reach

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is just as described—clean, comfortable, and cozy. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The internet was fast and reliable, which was perfect for streaming shows during our downtime. The location was easy to find and made getting settled in super smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay in this Unit. I fell like i stays in a First Class 5 Star Hotel Suite. Host Miss Lala is very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. I requested for an early check in and it was approved with no problem at all. I surely come back and recommend this to all.

Launcelot's place has great location, there's a nearby mall where you can get your essentials and a lot of good restaurants inside it. You don't need to go elsewhere to enjoy and find whatever you may need. Security is also good for your protection and privacy. Will definitely book this place again. Thank you Launcelot. Arnel

The room was nice and accurate with the pictures shown. The whole fam enjoyed the whole stay and sightseeing the view from the balcony!

The place is tidy, complete appliances especially kitchen stuff. It is very great because the bedroom is separated from the kitchen and living room. Very relaxing as well and the host and co-host are responsive they proactively asking if we need some assistance. 10/10 and I would recommend the place, we’ll definitely book a staycation here again in the future. Kudos to the host and co-host💗

This is the 2nd time staying here and hopefully not the last. It is walking distance to the mall and groceries and and fairly close to the airport. Guards are very friendly and alert. For me this is home away from home. Everything we need for home cooked meal was available. This is my favorite place in the Manila area.

I had a great time staying in this place. The unit was tidy and toiletries were complete. Host was very responsive to queries as well. There was also an honesty store in the unit with snacks and personal necessities sold. You can leave your payment on the table or send it through gcash. The location is near to LRT station and at the back of SM Sucat. A convenient and comfortable place to stay indeed.
