The Kátia space is excellent, impeccable cleaning, enough kitchen items. A great space for home office work. It is airy, ideal for those who need to work at home. Kátia is attentive, always answered us promptly. Condomínio tranquilo, well located, no noises at night. It is suggested to replace the bath towels. In addition, I recommend hosting.

I stayed with my two children and nanny, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, in a very nice block, quiet and with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, gyms nearby. We had everything we needed in the apartment and Elcio answered me promptly when I needed to. I highly recommend it.

The space was impeccable — clean, well decorated and exactly like in the pictures. The location was also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. Very clean and modern house. Spacious rooms with wide doors. Large kitchen. House in a quiet condominium. Great for a family reunion. Solene was very cordial, always available and promptly assisted us whenever necessary.

The casarão's proposal for me was achieved... Maybe it needs a renovation... But my family was very satisfied! I thought there would be a need for air conditioning, but there was no need, the climate was super pleasant. We feel very comfortable.... There is a very large space that allows for a reception, I think it easily houses 100 people, it has a barbecue, stove and other equipment....

Our stay was wonderful. It met our need very well, as we came for a Training Course at ANP and the location is strategic. We divided the 2 bedrooms between 4 people, with 2 in the suite and 2 using the social bathroom, which is in the service area. The house is quite airy and pleasant, dispensing with the need for a fan or air conditioning. The luxury of the house is that the environments are huge for the reality of the Pilot Plan. The TV has all possible channels. The internet signal is a little weak and sometimes it didn't work for video calls. Dona Elza is a phenomenal host, always ready to welcome us and provide information. She welcomed everyone very well, including inviting for meals. Your house is under the accommodation, where we climb the staircase to our home. The cost-benefit and amenities, for us who shared the rent and didn't have much luxury was excellent, could not have been better. I highly recommend it for similar purposes and needs.

Despite being located in a rural area, the airport is nearby, so the noise from the planes is quite inconvenient. But the property is really cool, it has rabbits, chickens, dogs, cats and an amazing sunset view, the house looks like an American cabin, it's good to bring bedding, he doesn't provide it and it's cold at night...

I really enjoyed the stay during these days, the apartment was all organized and clean when we arrived, the condominium was very organized and beautiful. We don't take much advantage of the leisure area, but it's very peaceful. Great host, always responded quickly.

Exceptional apartment, location and host. The only suggestion would be regarding the bathroom that can be accessed from both bedrooms. Perhaps allow entry through only one of the rooms.

It's good, because it makes it easier for those who want to take the subway. But the subway starts operating at 5 am and ends at 11 pm. For those who can't sleep with noise, it's bad. But I always carry earplugs. So, I had great nights of sleep. I thank you very much for the hospitality. Safe, clean, beautiful and well located. There's just this issue of the subway noise.
