The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.

Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic dog who lives in the contained back yard of our place.
