Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

Just 15 mins to Wellington CBD, ferry, and Sky Stadium, or 5 mins down the hill into Lower Hutt, Events Centre etc. Easy motorway access from Maungaraki, 5 mins to trains and a bus right outside. A small guest suite apartment which is joined onto the main house. You have your own private shower room and a small kitchenette including small bench-top oven/grill, and fridge but no microwave or stove. Free Wifi and Full access to Netflix Parking is on the road and there are less than 10 steps and a sloped pathway leading up to the front door. We do have a new born child, and so you may hear some sounds from the house, but we don't think this should be a problem
