Holiday rentals with a patio in Paraza

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

Appartement renové avec goût, spacieux, propre et bien equipé. Parking privé devant l appartement. Idealement situé pour des visites dans l arrière pays. Proche des commerces, boulangerie, pharmacie, grandes surfaces, boutique de vente de produit locaux (huiles, miel). Alexandre est un hôte fort sympathique et disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement très commode, parfaitement situé à proximité du Canal du Midi et du centre du village. Patrick et Annie ont très bien aménagé cet appartement qui est très fonctionnel et très confortable en plus d’être joliment décoré. Mon mari et moi avons passé un très bon séjour et sommes prêts à refaire l’expérience.

Lovely room within a stones throw of the walled city, superb for a short stopover. Comfortable and clean. Shutter helps with blackout for a good nights sleep. Hosts were really helpful and communicated well. Highly recommended

Nous avons passé 2jour 1/2 dans le logement . Emplacement ideal a 2 minutes à pieds de la plage Maison très très agreable equipements de qualités. Hôte réactif et très accessible . Les 2 salles d'eau sont un plus et la maison est très bien agencée . Je recommande ce lieu de villegiature Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

Très bon séjour à Carcassonne avec un logement propice pour découvrir la ville ! Tout y est, la location, le calme, les équipements, la propreté et la gentillesse des hôtes ! Rien à redire, on ne peut que conseiller voir même y retourner L’emplacement offre un très bon accès aux magasins, boulangeries et restaurants À recommander 😉

We spent a wonderful few days in Pascale's beautiful apartment. It suited our party of four perfectly. Pascale was extremely helpful and friendly, giving great advice about local restaurants and things to do. In the June heat, the apartment was fantastically cool and welcoming, and the garden, with its' amazing views of La Cité, catered to both sun and shade lovers. The apartment was extremely well-equipped for self-catering, but there were also lots of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, we only had a short stay but we'd love to return for a longer break to see more of Carcassonne and its' fascinating surroundings - and we would definitely return to this gorgeous apartment.

Wir wurden herzlich von Gaelle empfangen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit einem sehr bequemen Sofa, einer großen Küche mit allem was man braucht und nicht zu vergessen, die große Terrasse. Wir waren begeistert und empfehlen sie jedem weiter. Wir haben die Zeit in dieser herrlichen Unterkunft sehr genossen.

Wir waren im Juni für 16 Tage bei Claude. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vermieter waren sehr zurückhaltend aber sofort zur Stelle wenn Hilfe vonnöten war. -TOP- Es war sehr sauber, auch unser Wunsch, beide Schlafzimmer nutzen zu dürfen war kein Problem. Claude und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit und angenehm. Die Unterkunft lag sehr sehr ruhig und in 30 Fußminuten war die Altstadt und in 15 Fußminuten war der Bäcker zu erreichen. Das Auto konnte unmittelbar vor dem Eingang geparkt werden-sehr angenehm bei Be-und Entladen. Die Gegend in rund 100 km Umkreis bietet sooooooo viel dass man kaum alles in der Zeit erkunden kann. Der kleine Pool ist ideal zum Abkühlen nach Ausflügen bei der Wärme.

Opnieuw genoten van ons verblijf. Een heerlijk huis in een prachtige omgeving waar je na een dag op pad geweest te zijn helemaal tot rust komt. Wij komen zeker weer een keer terug.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour Chez Eudora et Thomas. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, qui sont adorables ! Il en va de même pour leurs animaux :) Merci encore pour vos attentions et vos recommandations. Nous vous conseillons vraiment d'y séjourner, d'autant plus si vous souhaitez découvrir la belle région de l'Hérault, car le logement permet un accès rapide à plusieurs centres d'intérêt du coin : plages, plus beaux villages de France, gorges, lac, etc. Enfin, le logement est un vrai petit cocon, décoré avec goût, parfait pour se ressourcer après nos bonnes journées de visite ! Les passages des quelques trains à proximité ne nous a pas dérangé.

We had a beautiful week stay at Graham and Jeanette's home. The kitchen and common areas are well appointed and comfortable, and we loved the design of the house and outdoor /pool area. The views of Lagrasse are stunning. We could have spent another week enjoying the house and the fantastic village!

A wonderful location overlooking the walla of the historic city. Well appointed with all you need to have a fantastic stay. Great to have outside space and a very sociable kitchen perfect for a days away woth friend or family. The fruit and patisseries were si welcome. Sixtine and Christine were wonderful hosts and so responsive. Highly recommended!

Une grande maison très agréable, patio très sympa. 2 salles de bains pour cinq personnes. bonne communication.

Très joli logement décoré avec goût et très bien entretenu dans un petit village de campagne. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits au top!!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les hôtes avaient pris soin de mettre de l’eau et un melon au frais pour notre arrivée. L’appartement est bien placé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. La communication est très facile. Nous recommandons ces hôtes vraiment attentionnés.

Ort ist sehr schön zum spazieren und erholen, dadurch sehr touristisch. Parkplätze findet man meist in der Nähe. Wohnung sehr schön renoviert. Für 4 Personen perfekt. Auf den Fotos (Schlafzimmer) grösser als in Wirklichkeit. Leider zuwenig Aufbewahrung (nur 5 Bügel) und Schubladen waren besetzt durch Bettwäsche, ec. Steile Treppe. Veranda ausreichend für 4 Personen. Leider kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Alison (Reinigungshilfe hat uns aber einen organisiert.🫶🏻) „Herr Dyson“ hat mit uns im Wohnzimmer gelebt….🥲 sonst alles Gut.

Le logement est très agréable, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, propreté irréprochable. grand lit confortable. cuisine complète, grande pièce à vivre avec terrasse privative donnant sur le jardin. très bon contact avec Stephen, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. proximité appréciable avec le centre ville. nous recommandons vivement ce Airbnb.

Tolle Unterkunft und uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung. Positiv aufgefallen ist die Sauberkeit im Bad und im Schlafzimmer. Lage ist gut, um abends auszugeben. Auch draußen auf dem Balkon war es jederzeit sehr ruhig. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder:)

Appartement conforme à la description, propre, lumineux. Proche des halles (5 minutes à pied) Proche des grands buffets (20 minutes à pied) et à deux pas du centre ville! Accueil souriant de notre hôte. Départ flexible. Facile pour stationner. Je recommande à 100%

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement correspondant à la description et à nos attentes. Logement agréable de part son emplacement, ses deux terrasses (dont une avec vue sur mer). Point positif : parking privé sécurisé. Commerces à proximité, très proche de la plage. Hôtes très sympathiques, disponibles et serviables ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Goede rustige plekke om de omgeving te verkennen. Steden als Narbonne en Beziers vlakbij, mooie wandellocaties en gevarieerde stranden; van drukke toeristische tot stranden die je bijna voor jezelf hebt. Appartement ruim voorzien van benodigdheden. Sympathieke verhuurder die trots op zijn locatie is. In de straat was het wat rommelig door riool- of ander soortige werkzaamheden, waardoor we in eerste instantie even moesten zoeken. Parkeren kan niet direct bij het appartement, maar op een openbare parkeerplaats, een paar straatjes verderop. Heerlijk bakkertje op het pleintje 100 meter lopen

un endroit atypique comme a la maison ... tout est la pour se sentir bien ... des petites attentions qui sont de superbes intentions... des heureuses surprises de bienveillance se nichent un peu partout... a réitérer j ai adoré
