Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.

The house is located in a tree-lined alley by the River Rhône, as an extension of the castle. The neighborhood is very quiet. The village of Savigny-Les-Beaune is in the heart of the wine coast, 10 minutes from Beaune. You can visit the Hospices de Beaune, taste Burgundy wines in the cellar, savor regional gastronomy, take bike rides in the vineyards...
