L'ÉTAPE, Chalonnaise coast: functional calm

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

Well Cottage is a lovely cottage, very comfortable, ideal for 2 people. Detached house with private garden, located in a property of character, former Presbytery of a charming village. Beautiful view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Close to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golf courses of Pré Lamy and the Château de Chailly.

The Little Burgundian Refuge

15 km from Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye (Maison Colette), 25 km from Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, 20 km from the vineyards (Coulanges, Irancy, Chablis), you will stay in a small, fully-equipped outbuilding, facing our house, in a small hamlet. We practice permaculture and raise animals (chickens, sheep, turkeys, ducks) that we will introduce you to if you're interested. Cleaning must be done upon checkout. For those who do not wish to do so, we offer a cleaning option.

At the gates of Autun, close to the Porte d 'Arroux, the temple of Janus and the greenway. 50m2 house renovated in 04/23 including entrance, bedroom with 160cm bed (changed in August 25), bathroom with shower, separate toilet, living room with equipped kitchen. The sofa turns into 1 x 160cm bed. Ability to add 1 90X190 bed upon request Umbrella bed, highchair, baby bath and sunbed on request. 25m2 closed terrace. Ideal for bikes.

Very quiet location, in the countryside and at the gates of the city (5 min from exit 26 Chalon Sud/Le Creusot/Montceau, and 8 min from Chalon city center by car). 10 minutes from the vineyard (Givry) Bright and rural. No worries about parking

THE RELAY OF THE VINES

Great for couples visiting Beaune. Located a 10 minute walk from the city center and adjacent to the Parc de la Bouzaise, you will appreciate its charm and the surrounding calm of this small newly restored cottage. Independent, you can enjoy amenities (parking, terrace, barbecue...) and we are available for any requests. We look forward to welcoming you and advising you on activities in the region.

THE GRANGE OF THE MEPART OF ST RUF

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

The house is located in a small village of Côte d'Or, close to several tourist sites, medieval town of Semur en Auxois, City of Buffon, Fontenay Abbey, Flavigny Abbey, Alesia Site and its museum park etc... It is also located on the border of Morvan, the green heart of Burgundy, dozens of castles, abbeys, beautiful villages await you. Quiet village in the countryside for nature lovers.

Fully-equipped accommodation

Fully equipped accommodation ideally centralized between Autun / Le Creusot / Chalon sur Saône / Beaune while having the calm of the countryside. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people (1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and 1 other bedroom with a double bed). Close to 3 shops: 2 restaurants/bar including a tobacco shop/stationery store and 1 bakery.

The fisherman's rest

Located 4 km from Lake Saint Agnan and close to the Abbey of Pierre-qui-Vire in the heart of Morvan Natural Park, in a hamlet of the municipality of Saint-Léger-Vauban. Absolute calm, ideal for discovering Morvan and its many tourist and historical sites. Lovers of forest walks on foot or by mountain bike as well as fishermen will find happiness there.

La Cabotte

In a charming hamlet, close to the castle listed as a historic monument and its gardens, surrounded by rich historical heritage with the site of Alesia and its Museoparc, castles and abbeys, as well as the medieval village of Flavigny (6 km away). Easy access gîte (highway 24 km away, train station 6 km away and TGV station 25 km away)
