Holiday rentals with beach access in Pareklisia

I stayed at Ellen's place for five nights. Costas, Ellen's dad, was very friendly and helped me settle-in with clear instructions. The place has a beautiful view of the ocean from both the bedroom and the living room and is very close to supermarkets, some eateries, the beach and the busstop.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - close to everything you might need, from restaurants and shops to public transport. We rented a car during our trip, and having free parking available (either on the street or within the apartment complex) was a huge plus. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As two young girls, we felt completely safe in the area, even when walking back late at night. Maria was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this place for two friends or a couple looking for a convenient, safe, and comfortable base. Would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Chris, an exceptional host, consistently goes above and beyond. I mentioned my preference for using a microwave, and he promptly acquired one for my convenience.

Maria is a wonderful owner. Service at the highest level. If you are looking for an apartment by the sea and in the very center and you want to feel at home, I recommend the apartment with all my heart. At check-in, a nice surprise was waiting for us in the form of welcome gifts. It really was great. I will definitely come back here

Vasso was an amazing host, from good communication, extra set of keys, to helping with taxi to get us to wedding. Really quick response to every email. Apartment is beautiful, better than pictures! Loved the balcony area. Beds really comfortable and there was nothing else we needed. Location excellent, short walk or drive to beach, quick drive to A1 if you want to explore rest of island, local bakery for breakfast. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

Wir waren diesen Frühling zum zweiten Mal in dieser makellosen Unterkunft! Es ist das schönste Haus in der Umgebung und ich finde, es hat die beste Lage. Ich schätze die tollen Fenster und Insektenschutzgitter und die Nähe zum Meer. Hier finde ich Privatsphäre und Ruhe und kann mit der ganzen Familie ausspannen. Gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Our family of four with two daughters (nine and seven) had a lovely stay in Charoula's house just outside Zygi. The house was exactly as described and we loved the pool and garden area. Despite being in a group of houses, it felt very secluded by the pool. There was a great balance of sun and shade in the garden, which was important as we had a few hot days in our week. The house was well-equipped: we barbecued a lot - and there was everything we needed for that - and the children appreciated the inflatables for the pool! The location for us was great. We could walk to a beach bar on the way to Zygi, or take a very short drive into Zygi itself, which had lovely tavernas, a small supermarket, and a beach. We were also planning trips to visit family in Nicosia, which was a very easy drive (around 45 minutes, but quick to get to the A1). We also visited a local beach bar called Akakia, which we particularly enjoyed. Charoula was a helpful and very responsive host. Thank you!

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

Dit is absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die een rustig verblijf zoekt vlakbij het strand. Deze plek bied alle rust die een drukke stad kan bieden. Al dat terwijl het maar 500 meter lopen is, en je ligt in de middellandse zee!! Er zitten 2 grote supermarkten binnen 1 a 2 kilometer lopen, en er zitten genoeg gezellige kroegjes om vele avonden door te komen. Wij raden het iedereen aan! Bedankt voor het prachtige verblijf! Wij komen weer!

The perfect Airbnb experience. A comfortable, clean and homely house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was well stocked with clean linen and all the kitchen utensils you could wish for. The welcoming basket was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. It was great having a private parking space for our car at the property. The town centre is just over ten minute walk, and there’s a shop and cafe just around the corner from the house. Highly recommended for a stay in Limassol.

Es war super schön, nur zu empfehlen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Achte nur drauf dass der Eingang bisschen versteckt ist - nach den Werkstatt links abbiegen. Nachts war schwer zu finden aber Vanko war sehr hilfreich und hat uns wunderbar geholfen. Saubere Bettwäsche-Wohnung sehr geräumig und in wunderbare Lage-hätte es mir nicht anders gewünscht.

Yioulia’s apartment is perfect for a summer family holiday. It has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay — plenty of towels, a spacious living area with cozy sofas, and a lovely balcony with a sea view. If you’re traveling with kids, the location is ideal — you can watch your family play on the beach right from the balcony. There are also two kids’ playgrounds just a 4-minute walk away, along with a beach café and two nearby beaches with sunbeds. The sand on the beach in front of the apartment is soft and fine — perfect for little feet. One of the best features of the apartment is how naturally cool it stays. We visited in late May, and although it was already quite hot outside, the apartment kept a pleasant breeze and fresh air flowing thanks to its cross-ventilation. Highly recommend this place for a relax

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

Chris nagyon segítőkész volt, nagyon részletesen leírt mindent amire szükség lehet. Az apartman jó helyen van, közel a legnagyobb strandhoz és a buszpályaudvarhoz ahonnan minden busz indul. A szálláshely megfelelt a leírásnak. Jól felszerelt.

Was a great apartment in a peaceful location in the hills. Had everything as described. Was a quick drive to paphos airport as well as local coastline and historical sites.

Great apartment right in the center of larnaca 1 minute walk from the beach. The host is very responsive and friendly we had a great stay, very recommended !
