Hi. We offer our completely refurbished studio. Ideally located, it is close to all amenities. Supermarket, bakery, laundromat, restaurant, etc. Everything is within 300 meters! If you prefer to stroll through the streets of Bordeaux, nothing could be easier! The bus stop is 30 meters away! Finally, Parempuyre is located at the gates of the Médoc, you can easily travel the roads of the castles and explore this beautiful region.

Individual 30 m2 cottage, parking space in enclosed garden, in Parempuyre between the gates of Médoc and Bordeaux. It consists of a double bedroom (sheets provided) as well as a fully equipped kitchen/living room: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and dishes. The living room includes: a counter for 4 people as well as a sofa sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. A fenced terrace: a table for four people, a gas barbecue.
