Holiday rentals with a patio in Parghelia

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Es un alojamiento a las afueras del pueblo cercano al aeropuerto. Un buen sitio si tienes que dormir cerca del aeropuerto. El estudio es muy bonito y cómodo.

Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i funkcjonalnie urządzone – wszystko przemyślane tak, aby można było wygodnie rozpakować się i schować rzeczy do szaf, szuflad i półek. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, co bardzo ułatwia codzienne funkcjonowanie. Ogromnym atutem jest też przyjemny ogródek z pięknym widokiem na okoliczne zielone wzgórza – idealne miejsce na poranną kawę czy wieczorny relaks. Właściciele niezwykle mili i pomocni, zawsze dostępni i gotowi do wsparcia, jeśli tylko pojawiła się taka potrzeba. Zdecydowanie polecam – to jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w jakich zatrzymaliśmy się we Włoszech!

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Die kleine Anlage trohnt oben am Hang mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Man ist zum Einkaufen, etc zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen. Eva war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Wir waren dort 2 Wochen mit Baby und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, hat eine gut ausgestatte Küche und eine schöne Terrasse. Es liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße von Caria. Der Trubel von Tropea ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sowie unzählige schöne Strände. Parken direkt auf dem Grundstück ist natürlich angenehm. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht dem kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. .

Ho soggiornato unitamente alla mia famiglia in questo splendido alloggio. Situato all’interno di un complesso residenziale, con piscina annessa, l’alloggio offre una magnifica vista sulle Isole Eolie. Ben arredato, dotato di tutti i confort, pulito, con due climatizzatori che fanno appieno il loro dovere, punto di partenza per le numerose escursioni nelle vicine località (Costa degli Dei) che si vogliono visitare. Andrey pur non essendo presente sul luogo, è sempre stato gentile e reattivo. Alloggio per famiglie che consiglio vivamente!

Vittorio en zijn vrouw zijn gastvrij en doen alles om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken . we werden overladen met allerlei soorten fruit en verschillende broodjes bij ontbijt. De kookkunst van zijn vrouw gecombineerd met Vittorio als perfecte gastheer zorgden voor een onvergetelijke ervaring van de calabrese keuken op één van de avonden.

Francesco est hôte très agréable. Nous avons utilisé Google traduction pour communiquer car nous ne parlions pas italien. Le logement est propre. Le mobilier (à part le réfrigérateur, la machine à laver et le micro-ondes qui sont neufs) est daté mais fonctionnel et c'est tout ce dont on avait besoin. Bien que bruyant, le climatiseur portatif à sauvé nos nuits. En effet nous n'avons pas l'habitude de dormir sous de telles températures. Une paire de bouchons d'oreilles et tout est réglé. La salle de bains est refaite à neuf, c'est appréciable. Le jardin est incroyable, des fruits de la passion, des citrons, des oranges... un vrai bonheur. Les déplacements peuvent s'effectuer à pieds que ça soit pour la plage ou les restaurants. Ces 2 jours off dans notre road-trip ont été au top. Grazie Francesco!

Wer einen ruhigen urlaub haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Strand direkt vor dem Haus auch nicht sehr belebt. Die Strandbar ist auch super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zum kochen wurden auch alle Utensilien, sowie Basic Gewürze zur Verfügung gestellt. Giuseppina war sehr freundlich, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und hoffentlich bald nochmal vorbei kommen.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Grosse gemütliche Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Egal welches Anliegen, er hat sofort geholfen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem wunderschönen Meer. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen. Danke auch an die Eltern von Antonio, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jeder Zeit wenn nötig, geholfen haben.

Estuvimos 8 días trabajando remoto y recorriendo por las mañanas Tropea, parando en lo de Dolores. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo que a uno se le pueda ocurrir (y más) y ubicada en una zona excelente de Tropea. Cerca del mar y del centro, pero no en una zona de ruidos. Dolores es una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria que le gusta que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Es muy lindo hablar con ella. La casa es la casa real de una persona con lo cual tiene alma y se siente como un hogar. Vivimos la full experience italiana. Lo recomiendo 100%

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. Die Unterkunft in Santa Maria ist sehr empfehlenswert: Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und der Garten ist romantisch. Man hört das Meer-Rauschen und zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Anna ist eine warme und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit. Sie reagiert sofort und half uns auch bei einer abendlichen Lärmbelästigung noch sehr. Kurzum: Bei einem Besuch an der Costa degli Dei ist das Haus in Santa Maria eine super Adresse - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank, Anna, für alles!

Doskonały apartament. Apartament jest niezwykle czysty, przestronny i świetnie wyposażony. Dwie łazienki są dużym udogodnieniem. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest idealna – blisko centrum miasta, co umożliwia łatwy dostęp do wszystkich atrakcji Tropei, a jednocześnie znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, co gwarantuje ciszę i relaks. Dodatkowym atutem jest zapewniony parking. Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania i z pewnością polecam go każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i dobrze położonego miejsca w Tropei. Gospodarz Marco jest świetny i bardzo pomocny. Dzięki jego wsparciu i wskazówkom nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej udany!

Wir haben die idyllische Lage und die Ruhe genossen. Tonino und Caterina waren sehr zuvorkommend. Überraschend war, dass eine Kaution verlangt wurde und die Klimaanlage extra berechnet wurde.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Bellissimo agriturismo immerso nel verde con piscina ...adatto per chi vuole una vacanza di relax ...i proprietari sono disponibilissimi , gentili , accoglienti , di compagnia e molto simpatici !! La vista all'esterno e' mozzafiato a partire dalla struttura , i prati , i fiori , gli alberi e la piscina!! Sicuramente se ci sara' l'occasione , ci tornero'!! Consigliatissimo!! Ps non tutte le stanze hanno una cucina (non e' una critica e' un avviso per chi cerca una stanza piu' attrezzata e/o ha esigenze particolari ma sono certa che se contattate i proprietari troveranno una soluzione vista la loro disponibilita' ) Location pet friendly!! Con questo concludo : Ottima esperienza!!

选择住在这里是我最正确的选择，我在这里度过了很美好很舒适的时光！感谢房东Marenya，她就像亲人一样如此热心的帮助我解答一切，和关心我。刚到的时候，我发出一个下车的地址，Marenya立刻出现在我的眼前。用车载我到住处，她非常熟练的带我浏览了一遍家里，教我怎么使用用品。房间意想不到的美丽，非常整洁，干净，我特别喜欢家里的装饰，比照片的好看太多了！床很大很舒服，客厅很漂亮，厨房设备齐全……之后，Manreya 带我去了超市买了未来几天的食物，Marenya非常有趣，我很喜欢她的性格！还给我介绍了意大利很多好吃的，也给我买了食物和水☺️当我发现忘记买意大利酱，Marenya第二天给我买了两瓶送到房间，冰箱里她准备了很多饮料，非常多感动！如此完美的体验❤️❤️❤️

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Der Unterkunft war großartig. Der Garten und die Wohnung waren sehr gut gepflegt. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, der Strand ist wirklich in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber hat tolle Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Nur zu Empfehlen!
