Monthly Rentals in Paringianu

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).

Stéphanie and Francesco are remarkably kind hosts, a great welcome. Fruits and vegetables from the garden as well as wine and aperitif offered on the day of arrival. The house is an island of freshness in the heat of Sardinia. Everything is functional and very beautiful, in the surroundings superb beaches and sites to visit are numerous. Deborah’s place feels like a home. It is not a sterile business Airbnb like I have become used to. She greets you at the house and makes an effort to help you settle in. The house has everything you could need- cold water on arrival, coffee, pantry staples, laundry detergent and even a first aid kit. We loved lounging by the pool and we felt comfortable to take a rest after many weeks of hectic travel. It was just what we needed. One of my favourite things is that the only sound you hear apart from the odd local car, is a plane, it’s so peaceful and quiet.

Enrico and his mother are two very friendly and hospitable patrons. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and independently, in a very quiet area. If I needed to come back, I would definitely choose to stay with them again. I highly suggest this Airbnb. I usually never do reviews, but I really felt at home with them.
