Looking for the perfect home for your group? You've found it! This 5 bedroom house with a full kitchen has 2 areas for entertaining & plenty of space to spread out in. Conveniently located on the north end of town, off of Atherton, with lots of dining and shopping options. Plus easy access on/off of I99 to get to the stadium quickly. Please note: this is a no smoking, no-partying house. IF you plan to pub-crawl and bring the party home, don't book this house located in a quiet neighborhood.

Just over 1 mile north of campus in a lovely neighborhood! One block from N. Atherton St., and convenient to everything. Walk to dozens of restaurants, hop a bus to campus, or take the bike trail to the stadium, arboretum, & parks. Huge sun room, an ideal entertainment & gathering space! Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and stylish decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. Unassuming on the outside, but take a look inside! This ranch style house has been updated to make travelers feel at home. Close to all the amenities - restaurants, shopping, mountain biking, and a park just down the street for kids! Located on a quiet street, yet has easy access to the highway; close to the stadium and downtown. Gig speed internet. Strictly NO SMOKING and NO PARTYING. If you are under 21 and do not have at least one Airbnb 5 star review, we will not rent to you.

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.
