Monthly Rentals in Park West Village

I stayed in Michael's wonderful apartment for nearly a month. It is a pristine, lovingly cared for home, and I felt so lucky to be able to share this space. Thank you to Michael for all the kindness and hospitality. I had lived in New York for seven years and so I know the city well; it was a gift to be back.

We had a fantastic time at Blake's place! For a month, this was our home away from home and Blake helped us feel welcomed to the neighborhood with great recommendations. A peaceful oasis amid the busy city, we enjoyed relaxing surrounded by beautiful art and cozy touches. The location was perfect--a short walk to the subway to take us around the city and with great restaurants and grocery stores right around the corner. We especially loved the close proximity to Central Park. We highly recommend others to stay at Blake's place! Thanks, Blake, for helping make our New York stay so special!

We had a wonderful month stay . The apt was neat, clean and had everything that we needed to stay and work. The location was excellent. Just steps to Central Park , the Subway, shops and Deli’s. Would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to go back someday. If I had to make suggestions for improvement it would be to have a doormat outside the front door and to replace the pillows which were flat. Everything else was perfect . Thank you Ina and Di.

Martin was a very helpful and great host! Very responsive and helpful in all aspects from check in to recommendations nearby. The place was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay! We would stay again!
