The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Internally it is full of character with a circular, beamed bedroom and roll top bath on the top floor and a sitting room below. There is no formal kitchen so this is a place for foodies wanting to experience local French food by eating out

La P'tite Troglo is located between Saumur and Montsoreau, between the Wine Route and the Loire in a wine-growing area. Quiet and charming, guaranteed for a relaxing stay. Turquant, welcomes artists and artisans, who open the doors of their workshops, as well as a Métiers d'Art shop in a troglodytic site. Within walking distance you have restaurants, bars and a small grocery store.
