The residential area is a mile from the inner harbor/ stadium and street parking is easy. Nearby, enjoy walking in the park, dinner at Rooted or even see a puppet show. A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Independent entrance garage apartment located on the back of our house with totally independent entrance. It has a queen size bed, WIFI, 10 minute walk to Downtown. Mini kitchen with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker. Plenty of space to store a bike. Great neighborhood with street parking available free on the weekends and two-hour limit during the week. There is free street parking during the week one block away from the apartment. Free EV charging one block away!!

Our pool is closed for the season; however, our hot tub is open! Ideal for a couple's retreat, this king suite guest room has a seating area, mounted TV, and coffee bar, microwave, and mini-fridge. An ensuite bathroom provides a luxurious shower and a spacious closet. The pool and hot tub are seasonal.
