Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Parole

The place was great for a group of 12. Without having to ask, Chris changed the check-in to 2 hours earlier, which was great. I have also never stayed at an Airbnb with enough towels for a large group, but there were more than enough. It is a short walk from downtown. I would recommend this place!

My family and I had a great time staying at Jennifer's! it was a great home for a mixed generation vacation. We loved the open concept main floor, it made it easy to all spend time together. We will definitely consider her place again when we visit Annapolis!

After losing out on three different rentals we found this house. We were staying the week for our son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t care about being in downtown Annapolis and this place is perfect for some quiet time and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of graduation week. Would recommend this place for everybody. We had 2 rooms reserved at The Graduate and cancelled them to stay at this Airbnb. We are SO happy that we did. The house was so cute and comfortable and could not have been more convenient to restaurants and all of downtown. If we had wanted to cook, Liz had all the cookware and dishes, glasses, silver I could have imagined. Liz left us some sweet items as a hospitality treat! YUM. It was such a nice surprise! The outdoor spaces had lovely gardens and comfy seating PLUS 2 parking spaces right outside the fully fenced in yard. We highly recommend Football and Crab Cakes for a wonderful stay.

Ronny’s place was more than enough space for our family. Ronny was responsive and even offered early check-in, even though I didn’t end up using it. One thing to note is that the basement room is extremely cold, we think because it’s not carpeted and it has a door that leads right outside. We ended up sleeping in the basement living room after we found out it had a fireplace and the couch was a pull-out sofa.

This is a terrific place to stay. Nice view of the water (not on the water but across the street). Very quiet neighborhood and safe to walk around for a little exercise and to enjoy the view. Everything you need to be comfortable. Only note would be if you have mobility issues the stairs to the bedrooms was pretty steep, but wasn't a problem for any of us. Bang for the buck this place is hard to beat.

Very peaceful surroundings, you are out on a point overlooking the bay, with lots of outside space to relax in the mornings to enjoy your morning tea/coffee. I loved having the real fireplace and enjoyed an evening fire on the more chillier evenings. Felt at home and comfy.

I had a great stay here! I really loved that I was able to find a place that allowed me to travel with my dog! Great location, very close to everything in DC and great places in Arlington. 10/10 recommend!

Highly recommend Ann’s place! We traveled with our toddler, and it was perfect for him. They supplied a pack and play and tons of board books. My only thing to note is that the walkway to the space is not paved so be aware with small children and suitcases.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Trish’s place was very clean , cozy and spacious! She is a very polite host and we would certainly come back if visiting Bethesda again!

I came back just a few days later because I could not stop thinking about this place. The gas fireplace once again created the perfect cozy environment after long workdays. The unit is not only beautiful but also perfectly equipped for an extended stay. Everything I needed to feel settled and focused was already there. The hosts were just as wonderful the second time. Still one of my favorite stays in DC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and communication with Joseph was excellent. The location is great! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, parks, and the Metro. The place was very well equipped with a full kitchen and private/separate bedroom. The private patio was nice as well. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Washington DC.

We had a wonderful stay at Scott's apartment for our sightseeing trip to DC. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located in a calm residential neighborhood while still being well connected to public transport and nearby dining options. Scott was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Shawn's place. It is located in an absolutely beautiful area with a gorgeous view of the water. The place was beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of places to relax outside with a view of the water. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and watching the sunset each night. Shawn was a lovely host and is a genuine person who wants you to have the best stay!

I booked this location to host a small dinner party. It was everything I could ask for. A beautiful spacious kitchen for our chefs and plenty of space for us to eat and socialize. Charletta was the perfect host! We had everything for a dinner party available to us and she responded to every question almost immediately. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic place to stay for us. We were on the go constantly from one event to the next and Heather’s place was perfectly located for us to freshen up and change easily. There were plenty of restaurants and stores right nearby as well. The proximity to the metro was amazing. After leaving late one night from an event, we realized just how easy and shorter than expected the walk back to the house was. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot for this trip. We’d definitely come back.

This is truly one of the most beautiful homes I have ever been inside. The host was beyond helpful and made me feel very welcome. if I had a complaint it would be having to check out. This stay was truly worth every dollar spent

The place has great views on a nice end lot property; super natural light, high ceilings with comfortable beds! Highly recommended.

This home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Even though it's an older home with original wood on floors and stairs, the wall finishes looks fairly fresh and the kitchen is all upgraded with current amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a large backyard with lawn furniture, grass and trees. The sun room was so comfortable for seating and playing cards, and the office had a nice futon-type bed that folded out for extra sleeping space. The primary bedroom, walk in closet, and bath are super large and beautiful. Lots of restaurants were within a mile of the house, including a Trader Joe's. The only drawback was car sounds at night from Washington Blvd but we got used to it. During our reservation process, Aman addressed my many questions quickly and fully, particularly in terms of what they had for my 1 year old grandson (toys, high chair, port a crib). During our stay, we also communicated easily a few times as questions came up.

I had an outstanding stay at Mitri’s place. Mitri was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was immaculate, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable room and shared spaces, and the attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend Mitri’s place for anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will definitely be returning!

Was a great stay overall, some little repairs needed around the house though. The outside porch doorknob was broken and also an almirah door in one of the rooms.
