Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Parramatta

Had a peaceful stay at May's place. Cleanliness was outstanding. There was clear communication, check in was easier and the accommodation is apt for families. Hao’s place was clean and comfortable, with clear instructions. It’s close to Ermington town centre, so it’s convenient for food and shopping. Really enjoyed the stay!

Antoinette's communication was excellent, our stayed was very well, it's closed to several shops, restaurants, rail station, petrol stations.. cleaness and amenities was just couldn't find anything that wasn't we love to recommend anyone want to stay from crowded city and still can enjoy to drive or public transport anywhere...

My family spent 4 weeks at this property and it was fantastic! Located in a beautiful area, with easy access to shops and highways. It met all our needs and was our little home away from home, we would definitely recommend!

Marry was very welcoming to us in.The environment and the weather was very nice and it was very comfortable to make a hot cup of tea outdoors.Marry was also very warmly prepared with milk and some breakfast cereals which was very thoughtful.

Our stay at Tim and Camila’s Airbnb was fantastic! The location is excellent, just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, private, and thoughtfully equipped—even including a washing machine, which was very convenient. Waking up each morning to sunshine filtering through the huge, beautiful tree in the garden was delightful, and the garden itself was meticulously maintained. Tim and Camila were kind enough to offer us an earlier check-in, making our arrival even smoother. Considering all these wonderful details, the price was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend staying here!

The place was very comfortable and centrally located in Parramatta, easy walking distance to Westfield, CommBank Stadium, public transport, and many eateries. The private parking was great; it meant I I could stay in the Parramatta town centre and not have to worry about finding and paying for parking. K was a very responsive host and was also very proactive in making sure I got checked in and settled when I arrived. Would definitely stay again if I need to stay in Parramatta for any reason.

We had a great stay at Noel's place. The apartment was in a great location and the apartment had all the essentials that we needed. Noel was also super responsive and a great host.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

This stay was amazing. It had all the amenities you needed for a nice weekend away and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was very kind and responded to messages promptly. Would highly recommend this stay.

Di’s place was everything I was looking for during my 5 night stay. It was nice that it came pre-stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea bags and instant oatmeal) if you arrived without groceries (like me). It also comes with any necessary cleaning supplies for longer stays (dish detergent, clothes detergent , bathroom etc.). I felt safe in the building. A key fob is required to enter building and access your specific floor. Motion sensor lighting greets you upon exiting the elevator. Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from Museum train station (direct trains to airport) and multiple bus lines. Nearby Hyde park was lovely to walk through and the Hyde Park Barracks at the opposite end is a must see museum to learn about the settlement of Sydney. Easy to walk to Chinatown and the Paddy Market (great for souvenirs) as well as the botanical gardens, the Opera House or Darling Harbor and the Maritime Museum. Coles (open until midnight) and an IGA are within 2-3 blocks.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Easy to follow instructions and the cleaners were very friendly and accomodating when we arrived early and asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment. Very well stocked - all the basic kitchen neccessities were supplied that are such a pain to have to buy every time you stay somewhere. Cecilia was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. Apartment was spotless (including bathrooms). 50m walk to supermarket and within walking distance to all Olympic Park venues. Highly recommend.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.

This Airbnb is great for a quick weekend away in Sydney, right near kings cross station and shops. Has all the amenities you need was a great stay . Only thing Is the traffic noise if ur a light sleeper or not used to city but is not too bad ! Would recommend
