The house is located in the City Center, just near the Port and the little beach of "Petrolo". The apartment is composed by a living-room with a kitchen and a balcony, a double bedroom (upstairs) one room with a bunk bed, one bathroom. The location is very close to the main attractions of the area: you might have a great walking into the Zingaro Natural Park (20 minutes by car), or see the medieval town of Erice, the ancient greek temple of Segesta and the Village of Scopello. The street is very quiet but close to supermarkets (medium size), cafes, restaurants and other shops. You can walk to the Port where you can have a breakfast or a dinner just in front of the sea!

The apartment is spread over an area of 40 square meters, has a totally independent entrance, directly accessible from the street level and consists of three rooms plus a comfortable bathroom and a laundry room. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, the apartment is furnished with a contemporary custom design inspired by the Arab-Norman style, which characterizes the area in which the property is located a stone's throw from the cultural sites of the Zisa, the beating heart of cultural activities in Palermo.
