An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Here you will find a relaxing and private atmosphere, with the possibility of reaching the city center with its clubs and restaurants in a few minutes on foot, by bicycle or by car. Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

This large and bright apartment, completely renovated, in a period building is ready to welcome you for a pleasant stay in Udine. Easily accessible from the highway with free parking in front. It's a 5-minute drive to the station, hospital, and supermarkets. A short walk away you will find a pharmacy, pizzeria, pastry shop and the bus stop for bus no. 4 that passes through the center and the station. The historic center is also easily reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, which I rent out when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. If you read below and understand that you are exempt, write to me: you must fill out a document that I will send you, and you will be exempt from the tax.
