Amazing place- it really is a little paradise. We had a wonderful time exploring the island with our Stand Up paddles and going swimming. You need a boat to get there or you can take the boat transfer (organized by the owner). House and bay is as shown on the photos. Once you are there you can just relax and enjoy!

Wir waren jetzt schon zum vierten Mal in diesem Häuschen – und jedes Mal sind wir noch begeisterter! Alles ist blitzsauber, die Bettwäsche frisch, das Bett super bequem und es gibt wirklich alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und herzlich – ein echtes kleines Paradies! Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber – wir fühlen uns hier jedes Mal wie zu Hause! 😊

The house itself was modern and cozy, offering all the comforts we needed for a perfect holiday. The host was outstanding, ensuring that we had everything we needed and making us feel incredibly welcome. We highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I have to say this is paradise. Sime was extremely nice. He built a a real home with amazing care and great taste. We felt grateful to be there every minute. Our stay was perfect, peaceful, we loved the house and the nature. Sime’s house is way more than a holiday home. We will return for sure.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this holiday home. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness and the well-thought-out, high-quality furnishings – everything we needed was provided. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and the opportunity to observe dolphins and explore the fascinating underwater world. Communication with the host was exceptionally friendly and smooth. We greatly appreciated the flexibility when we spontaneously requested to extend our stay by an extra night – everything was handled quickly and without any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would be delighted to return in the future.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und entspannte Woche in diesem Haus verbracht! Die Gastgeber haben uns von der Fähre in Tkon abgeholt, das Haus ist in ca. 15 Minuten (über teils unbefestigte Straßen und Schotterwege) vom Anleger zu erreichen. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung, es ist recht neu, sehr schön, liegt einsam und ruhig, durch die erhöhte Lage hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Kornaten, auf der umlaufenden Terrasse sitzt man entspannt im Schatten - es ist auch bei großer Hitze gut auszuhalten! Die zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sind klein, aber zweckmäßig und sehr ansprechend gestaltet, die Matratzen außergewöhnlich bequem. Der Weg zum Strand ist schmal und teils steil, aber in 7-8 Minuten gut machbar - wir haben jeweils den Vormittag und den Nachmittag am einsamen Strand verbracht. Dieser bietet mit den flachen Felsen gute Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, der Zugang zum Wasser ist einfach, das Wasser sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!
