Private guesthouse haven is located across the street from a large beautiful public park equipped with pickle ball, tennis, basketball, olympic pool, baseball, soccer field, and a walking trail along the lake. Three minute bike ride to the Pinellas bike trail. The guesthouse includes a king sized tempurpedic bed, bathroom, kitchenette, washer/dryer, and smart tv. Backyard oasis is shared with hosts (semi-private) and includes a hammock, hot tub, pool, covered patio, and 65 inch smart tv.

For big savings, skip renting a car and just Uber from airport and use free ride or Uber to get around and Instacart to deliver groceries. It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight.
