House holiday rentals in Passaic

This is my second time staying and it was just as amazing as the first time, if not better! The house is beautiful and the outdoor space is the perfect spot for a staycation! Jeamcarlos is a top tier host! So incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay! I can’t wait to stay here again!

Having never stayed at an AirBnB before, this opened my eyes to wanting to do more AirBnbs, as well as coming back to this host again. This place had a lot to offer and a lot of room for 6 of us to spread out comfortably. The only thing I wish I knew prior to arriving was that 3 of the beds have a 125lb weight limit, thankfully there was plenty of couch space to fit without an air mattress.

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect—just a short trip to the city and walking distance to local grocery stores, restaurants, and beautiful parks. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the outdoor space was a fantastic bonus. Next time we come to the city we’ll be booking again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool was amazing, water features on the property really gave it an amazingly peaceful feeling. House was comfortable, with newer bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend Jake, and this property!

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

We came to NJ for family-related activities. The suburbs are not what we love, traffic, crowds etc. But despite that we found a relaxable spot in Katie's place! She saved us last minute after a bad experience with the first booking! 🙏🏼🙏🏼💕💕 Soo grateful! We loved the clean hang out corner with cozy big couches. Kitchen equipped with cooking gear that we needed. Fridge is not full size but still plenty of room (medium size). All floors very clean. Beds and linens very clean and comfortable. This is a charming quirky old house. Directly inside front door is first set of stairs that lead up to first bedroom (queen bed) bathroom, living space and kitchen. From kitchen leading up to bedroom 2 and 3 (full beds) is the second set of stairs, steep and skinny The bathroom at top level is tiny. Not practical for sharing many nights with a large group. But for the three of us it worked just fine. Katie's instructions were great and despite our very short notice she responded to all our need

Jennifer's place is hands-down my favorite AirBnB accommodation that I have stayed at this far-- Jennifer is a lovely person, and I had the best sleep in a very long time in the extremely cozy bed, plus I got to watch the nice TV, the temperature was perfect, I was conveniently able to do a quick load of laundry that I needed for work the next day, the shower was absolutely heavenly, I had my morning coffee/snacks/water readily available that Jennifer left there for me, the fridge was excellent, having the microwave accessible was perfect, parking was conveniently located right out front super close.... On a scale from 1-10, Jennifer's place scores over 100!!! :-)

Highly recommended !!!!! The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, with everything you need. Very good host helped me with responses in a timely manner for any concerns.

The place was great. It was much bigger than I thought it would be. It is a very large space for a one-bedroom. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The process to check in was self check in and was clear and easy to do. The place was impeccably clean and very well decorated. The items in the Airbnb were well thought out and useful, (cooking utensils, salt & pepper, coffee, etc). The location was a nice neighborhood. There was a weather issue that occurred and Shekeva was incredibly professional and immediately responsive to the situation and my concerns. I would stay here again!

My three friends and I took an overnight trip to NYC (we’re originally from VA) and decided to stay in NJ to avoid intense traffic and costs. Our host Kemi was kind and corresponded in a timely manner to any questions and concerns I had. The home was very lovely the pictures were 100% accurate and spot on. The appliances in the home were up to date and very neatly arranged. In addition to TVs in each room, the living room had various card games if you need something fun to do during your stay. The only issue my party faced was parking on the street ; when we left the city it was a little challenging but we prevailed! Hoping to book another trip soon 10/10 highly recommend!

The space and location were exactly what we were looking for! Carol was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The value for the price paid what was stood out to me the most. For this trip I thankfully did not forget to pack anything, but had I forgotten there were so many things available for use. Would love to stay here again if available next time I’m in town!

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

There were four of us at Louis‘s place for a girls weekend bridal shower. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and having a cocktail hour and we also enjoyed the large living room and kitchen. They had a lot of items for us in the kitchen like bottled water and some drinks which was very kind. There were also some snacks at the entranceway.

It was an amazing stay. Michael was a wonderful host.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

Our stay at Ashely’s house was wonderful! My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay . The beds were very comfortable after coming from a long flight . The house very neat and organized. The backyard was a great size for a family . The only trouble is parking . At night it gets pretty full , especially if you’re coming home later in the night . Overall stay at Ashely’s house was great ! Definitely will book again . Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a girls trip. Prince was very proactive in his communication and if there were any questions he addressed them immediately. The parking was a lil tricky, but it was due to some construction directly on the street which may not be there when you book. Finally, the entire house is older so you'll hear some of the other residents in the building, but the apartment its self is beautiful, comfortable and definitely worth the stay!

My sister and I traveled from Texas for our uncle's surprise b-day party. One local cousin stayed with us too. From booking to check out, all was smooth. I had trouble with the keypad on the front door, but my sister had the touch! Quiet, comfy beds. We would stay again!

Maressa’s place was a perfect place for our girls trip to New York. Easy to catch ride into Manhattan. Place was clean and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
