I have to say that everything was more than good. We live in Chiloé but we wanted to escape the routine and we really came to the right place. Close to everything, but disconnected from everything. The house is spectacular. Very nice view because they took advantage of the height, the house is impeccable, tidy, modern kitchen and equipped with everything you need, the bathrooms are super clean and very comfortable, hot shower. The rooms too. Comfortable, spacious beds, good quality bedding and very warm. And the best thing was that we asked for the service with a tinaja and the truth is that it was wonderful. They waited for us with warm water, it lasted just long enough for us (about 4 hours). It is very nice that it is on the same terrace of the house and that it is roofed because it was too cold, but we felt sheltered and with many amenities. We had no problems with anything at all and we will definitely return and recommend it to tourists and our families and friends here who want to escaparse.10/10

The house is impeccable! Beautiful, comfortable, well cared for... you can see the good taste in the smallest detail. The host, Silvia, is a genius! Very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, at the foot of the bell tower hill. It doesn't matter when we would return to Bariloche, winter, autumn, spring, summer.....what we do know is where we would stay. Everything was impeccable! The only bad thing is that Airbnb won't let you give more than 5 stars!

The house is beautiful! The photos reflect quite well what it is, but in person it is even more beautiful. It is super equipped The views are a dream, the whole environment adds a lot of peace and beauty to the experience. Serena's service was excellent. He always responded quickly and willingly every time we wrote to him. Even when I told him that one of the hair dryers wasn't working, he offered to replace it right away, although it wasn't necessary because there were two others available. When we arrived, he had already left the heating on so that we were comfortable from the first moment. He also recommended activities to do and places to shop, which was very helpful. The only thing to mention is that on the last day there was a general power outage throughout Bariloche, and they forgot to warn us. Since we hadn't charged the devices during the night, Serena was very understanding and allowed us to extend the check-out time to be able to charge cell phones in the car. 10/10

Excellent place and disposition of Sol

This house is amazingly located, with a garden running down to the lake with kayaks available for use. We spent so much time exploring the interconnected lakes, with Mountain View’s in the background. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking the traditional English Xmas meal a breeze! It was clean and comfortable, with an outside barbecue which was well used during the week. Good supermarkets within a 10 minute drive and lots to do within a 20 minute drive, whether mountain walks or bike rides. Would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful place to stay in Bariloche. The place is well appointed, has all the facilities you would need, and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The only thing I would say is that the location is a bit out of town if you don't have a car. But would be perfect if you have one or don't mind ubering.

Extremely compliant with our stay. The dpto is beautiful as shown in the photos, it is close to everything, easy to access, super complete. We would come back without hesitation!

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

New cabana, in a very quiet area and close (by car) to the center of Puerto Natales. Heating working perfectly, doesn't feel any cold inside. The comfort of the beds is noteworthy: the mattresses, cushions and sheets are of very good quality, and all smelling of freshly washed. Very nice, perfect to rest very well.

Very nice, clean and modern. Nicest bathroom we had in Argentina. As other mentioned stairs are squeaky, but we didn't mind. There are semi-wild dogs outside, but they roam and bark absolutely everywhere in El Calafate. Kitchen was a bit limited, it would be great to have a small oven and extractor, as the place is a bit far and up from restaurants and we prefered to cook at home. It would be great to have a bit more privacy -focused solution on the windows - if you use curtains, it is dark inside, if you don't, others can easily see you. In general we liked it a lot, felt easily at home and certainly can recommend.

Very nice place, the cabin is well equipped and everything is clean. Communication was smooth, quick response and very attentive to each of our questions/comments. Very pleasant experience.

Very good place. Mrs. Nora was very kind and cordial. They were attentive at all times to our stay. Just one thing about the hot water: the water heater doesn't have enough capacity for four people to shower. It works well for two showers of about 6 minutes, but in my case, with three women, the last two couldn't shower with hot water. We had to resort to more rustic methods to make up for that deficiency. Other than that, everything was spotless. The place has a beautiful view and is very comfortable. I'd be happy to come back.

A spectacular cabin, the photos really don't do it justice. It is cozy, clean, warm, in a privileged location, close to Valdivia and Niebla, in a very beautiful environment, surrounded by nature and with a stream that flows in the backyard of the house that ends up making this place perfect. Daniel is very kind and attentive to any need.

When booking It sends very detailed information on how to get there, access, suggestions on where to buy and charge fuel, even how to handle the entrance with their pets, everything was really very clear and simple, as for the cabin there is no description that it is really a magical place, it has everything you need, the pressure and temperature of the water is really more, the heating was fine, we were very comfortable, Florian was very kind. he helped us with a wheelbarrow to raise the luggage although the slope was easy to climb, the property is safe and quiet the cabin is intimate there are no other ones that invade the intimacy, the views are great and the colors of autumn and the singing of the stream give it a very special touch, lighting the outdoor stove x the nights and roasting meat there at noon was a plus, it touched us a single day of rain and really even with rain the place is nice, they were very attentive we really hope to be able to come back

This is a cabin in a fantastic location, by itself on an island in a huge and remote lake, ringed by mountains. It's quite a journey in itself to get there (and we had a mix up on where to meet) but once there it is remarkable. The hosts are the only other house on the island (you can't see them) and they helped with anything we needed and we went on a great trek with them up the lakeside hill with terrific views of the island and surrounds.

Pame is a fantastic host and her place is incredible! The house was beautiful and clean and the hot tub under the stars was perfect :) would definitively recommend this place to anyone for a relaxing, luxurious stay!

We had a wonderful time. The accommodation is well located for exploring the 7 lakes route and Lanin Park. The cabin was very cozy, with the wood stove on it was very comfortable!

Everything was excellent!! We went to relax for a weekend and that's what we did. You don't hear a single noise. It has a very large park overlooking the Bolson. The hosts were always attentive and Benjamin explained everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended
