Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Paterson

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Shiying’s house was perfect for our family get together. Everyone felt comfortable, the view was outstanding, we sat on the side deck for hours. We had plenty of towels, linens, kitchen was stocked, beds were comfy and the dining table sat all of us which is very important to us. And plenty of parking which is not easy to find on the lake!

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

The view of the lake, and the large covered porch were fantastic! Even on a rainy day we all enjoyed hanging out. The place was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. As other reviewers have mentioned, the many steep stairs to access the house are definitely a consideration before renting. They would be a real challenge if you had mobility issues. You have to unload/load your car at street level and use the stairs. But a lovely house for a large group!

We stayed 2 days at Hudjy's, the accommodation is great and the neighborhood is very nice. The bus is convenient for getting to NYC, but be careful for the return in the evening, there are a lot of buses and we had the misfortune of taking an express that took us very far! But if you want to visit NYC while sleeping in peace, this is ideal!

Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. An extensive living room with a large kitchen. Everything is working. Balcony. Washer and dryer. Tranquility. Mattresses in bed comfortable. At the bottom, you can use coffee from the coffee maker. Well equipped gym. Bus access towards NYC - about 8 min on foot. The ticket cost is 6.9 dollars.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The building has several amenities and access is very comfortable. The walk to the train station is short and from this station you can travel frequently to New York City and various destinations in New Jersey and other states. In addition, the building is very close to Rutgers University. The apartment is located in a quiet area of New Brunswick and very close to restaurants and cafes. The hosts responded immediately to my questions, giving me excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool was amazing, water features on the property really gave it an amazingly peaceful feeling. House was comfortable, with newer bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend Jake, and this property!

This place feels like home, the apartment was in pristine condition. There was an issue with the A/C and the staff fixed it immediately. Highly recommended for short or long stays. The WiFi was excellent and office facilities for work calls etc were world class. Very happy with the stay!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

We booked last minute after a horrible experience at a different place. William responded immediately even though it was after 8 pm. The apartment was clean, parking on the street was available, safe neighborhood, and just a few blocks walk to the train to NYC. There was a playground across the street for the kids as well. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city.

We had an amazing time at Sal’s place! Perfect for a trip to NYC or Jersey. Transit busses and mini markets only a few minutes away. Got a perfect view at the skyline just down the road with a little park. Sal reacted very quick on messages and the apartment is modern, has a big shower, fits for 3 people. Definitely recommended!

Sandra's place was beautifully decorated and just a pleasure to be in. It was also comfortable and spacious with lots of privacy and gorgeous landscaping and foliage. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We didn't cook much but she had everything there you could want for cooking. Definitely the most beautiful place we've stayed!

My dog and I had a great long weekend stay at Tam's place. It's actually bigger than the pictures show. Easy access to I-280, Newark Airport and NYC in general. We took a lovely hikes at both South Mountain Reservation and Eagle Rock Reservation, both only a few minutes from the apartment (I had no idea I'd find a 30 foot waterfall only 5 miles from Newark!). Very comfortable bed and great shower! It made for a perfect base to pickup my wife from Newark Airport as she was returning from Europe at 1030 PM and we live 3 hours away. Don't leave without stopping at Bagel House up the road in Verona, best bagels I've ever had! If I ever need to be in the area again, I'll definitely try to stay here again.

Alex was an extremely responsive and helpful host. My friend and I were in town for a weekend for a wedding. Montclair is a beautiful city with so many things to do but also not too far to access the city (40 minutes) if you would like to make a day trip. Alex's place made for a relaxing stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
