I stayed at this property for one night with my wife. Property was clean and fantastic. We had a balcony which was pretty good. This property is exactly in front of Ganga Maiyya. Walking path below this property was very nice. View from this property was awesome. Manager of this property (Miss.Sneha) was very talkative, friendly and co-operative. Check-in was very smooth. They sent their person to collect our luggage. They have a small kitchen for the entire property but we can cook the food. We ordered Coffee which was nice. Triveni Ghat, Ram Jhula and Parmartha Niketan Ashram is just 10 mins drive from this property. I would definately recommend this property. Positive things : Clean Room Excellent Ganga River View Nice Walking Path Excellent Manager (Mis. Sneha) Negative things : 1. The AC in the room was working but Remote was not working. 2. Due to small size of Washroom, Shower area was not different.

We had a fantastic stay at Anshul’s place in Nainital. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway, with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anshul was a great host — friendly, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. His hospitality truly made our trip more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nainital!

This place totally exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, far away from the busyness of town & close enough to walk everywhere. The atmosphere of the space was beautiful. It’s a creative hub for artists, creators, and spiritual enthusiasts. I met so many interesting people while staying here, and truly really felt like home. They also offer a variety of workshops & classes so there’s never a dull moment! The staff is super helpful & friendly, and the food in the cafe was also delicious. The owner, Ashish, is very nice & caring, he made sure i had everything i needed during my stay. I highly recommend this airbnb for anyone staying in this area! Thank you for an amazing experience in Rishikesh. I will be returning for sure!!

A calm and restorative rest house just up the hill from Tapovan's main artery. Your host, Vivek, is a generous and spiritual individual who will ensure your visit is more than just a place to sleep, should you want this experience. During my week long visity Vivek and I had deep philosophical talks, ate delicious food at surrounding restaurants and cafes, went to a meditation cave, watched the sunrise on one of the surrounding peaks and played Beatles and Kirtan music together. My stay in Rishikesh would not have yielded the same experiences if I had stayed elsewhere. I have a feeling Tao Rest House will become more desirable as the years go on and would encourage any thoughtful person to seek it's warm shelter.

Ashish is a great host. He is really helpful with recommendations and advice, very quick to respond. I felt like I had lots of questions and he went above and beyond. I asked if I could use the fridge for fruit and he gave me a kettle for coffee in the morning. The room was spotless and I have had a few rooms in India that haven’t been so was really happy with the cleanliness in the whole building. The room was perfect, with a desk to work and big bed. I actually slept so well. The location is great super easy to walk everywhere. I would recommend and stay again. There are classes there which I would’ve loved to join but they clashed with work or plans but next time! Thanks for making my stay in Rishikesh so great!

What a truly magical place. The photographs of Mount Abode are lovely but I don't think any image will do the place justice. It is a really peaceful retreat away from busy Rishikesh with the most beautiful view of the Shivalik Himalayas that will take your breath away. Waking up and opening your curtains to watch the sunrise behind the mountains from bed is so special. This is a really quiet place. No noise. No traffic sounds. No hectic energy. No crowds. There is no wifi and I had no signal personally. For me, this was completely perfect and a welcome break from any distractions. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in nature in the most beautiful surroundings - look no further. The food is delicious - simple, sattvic and made with love. You will be well-fed 3 times a day and also the chef makes delicious Chai! Yash is very warm, welcoming and accommodating. He is also a fantastic yoga teacher so hopefully you get a morning practice with him. A beautiful dream stay.

The place is good. It is clean, safe and comfortable. The place is located on the bypass road which is packed with traffic almost the entire day so it is difficult to commute in and out of the main area or marketplace. You can walk down to the main road that runs across the river but it is not accessible with a vehicle directly, for that you’ll have to drive through the bypass road then take a u turn from near Tapovan. Other than that the place is worthy.

Rajendra ji is a kind and a proactive host. The location is near the auto stand, Tapovan. So the connectivity is good. The rooms are equipped with kitchen which makes it a great option for long term stay. And it's a residential area too. There's a cute garden to relax too..a yoga hall too which adds to the vibe of this place- Sweet and Sound. Rajendra ji was super proactive when there was any needs or requirements. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I recommend it to solo travelers too. Especially if you're planning long term, it's a good option.
