Apartment holiday rentals in Patnem Beach

We had a great stay in Palolem Plaza! Our host was very responsive, helpful and proactive in her communication. The apartment was nice and we appreciated that it came with a wash machine, two desks with a comfortable office chair and two separate rooms.

This 1RK in Canacona was everything I could hope for! It's located about 2km from Patnem Beach, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying some peace and quiet. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen was a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable stay in Canacona.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! After moving from a dreadful hotel, I felt so so lucky to have landed on my feet! Nestled quietly up in the treetops, massive windows and a balcony really make the most of the views and birds and trees, and it’s so incredibly private - too far up to be seen, only flat on fourth floor. Lovely security guards. Very clean. Hot water works perfectly, as did everything else. So grateful for my stay, would defo stay again. Cafe Kashish and Karma Cafe are highly recommended food and chill spots, with incredible staff, and so close. Equidistant between patnem and Palolem beaches, lots of nice exploring in the area.

The place is very private. Is at walkable distance to good restaurants and atleast 2 beaches such as Trinity beach and Benaulim beach. The place feels very warm. I was travelling with family and enjoyed every bit of it.

We had a wonderful time staying here as a family. The place is quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. My elderly parents felt truly at home. The calm surroundings were perfect for them. The beach is just a short walk away. The hosts were amazing. They were always kind, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We truly appreciated their care and support. This home is perfect for families, especially those looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. We had a great experience and would love to return someday. A big thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our trip so special!

one of the best stays I have ever been ..ms carmin is very responsive caring and did the needful even though it's a just an hour prior booking and gave us proper instructions over the call...and regarding the place it was well maintained neat and clean with all the amenities mentioned and kitchen materials for basic cooking and board games for entertainment purpose andas well as toys for the kids to play with .. overall it felt like a home🥰

I stayed at Andrea's home during a much needed break to Goa and it was the perfect space for it. Located in a safe apartment in a peaceful location tucked away in Canacona. i particularly appreciated Andrea's responsiveness to messages and her helpful nature of sharing recommendations of things to do. definitely going back when I visit next :)

The apartment is beautiful and the location is convenient if you have a scooter or rental car. We enjoyed Palolem Beach and the nearby cafe, The Mill, is great. Both are within walking distance if you don’t mind the local roads. The bedrooms were a little noisy for my travel companion, but it didn’t bother me. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. It’s a solid base from which to explore the area.

It was very comfortable stay. We and our kids enjoyed like that we are in Home. All facilities and amenities were very good. And it's walkable from Colva beach. And everything (like shopping, groceries) are available in the nearest locations. Sapna is very much reachable and always responds very fast. Quite Nice place to say. Note.: We took both 1BHK and 4BHK. If you are more than 1 family, you can prefer 4BHK where it has more space in the balcony areas. Rest of things are good.

A beautiful place. Felt right at home. Very clean house and well maintained. All amenities were working well. The view is beautiful and pleasant and if you’re lucky you’ll meet some langoors too. The location is slightly away from the beach and restaurants so a bike is recommended. The caretaker will provide you with the details. Overall enjoyed the cozy stay.

The best stay over conacana👍🏻

This was ours first stay at Airbnb and I am very happy and satisfied. The room was as described in the Airbnb site. The views were great as the rear balcony has mountain view and front balcony overlooks the main entrance and pool. All the items were clean and fresh. The water purifier was an added bonus...the location is good. For food one needs to go close to Patnem market area which is around 500 m away...Tubki resort restaurent adjacent to the property has average food spread... Overall a great experience

Without a doubt this place is great for people who are looking to stay a peaceful house surrounded by nature. Raul was a great host..his recommendations were very helpful and he was very responsive..went an extra mile to help in terms of local travel as well.

Congratulations on being brilliant hosts. Ryan responded to any questions quickly and accurately. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. All amenities were available as described and in excellent condition. Super comfy beds a rarity in Goa. Would 100% stay again.

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

Our experience surpassed our expectations. The apartment is well-furnished with quality fixtures, appliances and home furnishings. Loved the peace and quiet on the property. The location is truly pet-friendly with enough space to walk your dog. Our pet was extremely happy, and settled in immediately. Recommended for small families that want a peaceful getaway in clean, pristine condition. The giant Mario Miranda mural outside, adds a lovely touch to the property. The beach is not too far away, and we also discovered Robin's Ark, a pet-friendly restaurant, nearby. Vick is a gracious, proactive host, and has furnished the space with generosity and a great aesthetic sense.

Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It truly felt like staying with family. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant stay, the location is prime with a wide view of the city from the Balcony. The flat is in centre of margao Market, due to 5th floor you get a beautiful view and doesnt feel like you are in middle of market unless you step out.. 5 stars to the location and stay.

Stay was comfortable. Clean Arossim Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are within walkable distance. its a peaceful place to spend holiday.
