Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Paúba Beach

The house surprised us very positively! Very spacious and cozy. We were in 13 people and yet we were very comfortable. The outdoor area is a delight and the kitchen is well equipped. The rooms have no air-conditioning, but the fans were sufficient (they are very powerful). Both Paula and Rose (who welcomed us at the house) were super receptive and supportive in all communications. The location is perfect (1 min from the beach). We loved our stay and would be back for sure! Obs: don't forget your repellent! Hahaha

We found a super comfortable space, which made us feel like we were at home. The location and condominium are far from the center of Vila, but it is close to the most popular beaches of Ilhabela. Infinity pool, with the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen.

I don't even know how to start, Vera is an amazing person and your house is cute, it looks like an enchanted house, the garden, the view, everything is perfect. I felt so at home that I would live there forever. It is a chalet in the middle of nature, safe and pleasant. you wake up and already look at the sea with the islands in front of you. Vc has to go by car to beach, but it is very close. It has everything you need and a wonderful energy!

Luís is very proactive, gives several tips ahead for you to prepare. The condominium is in the wild, a very pleasant place. Well-equipped and clean house. We were in two families with teenage children and everyone liked the place. As for the location, for us it was ten, but it depends on your goal, if the priority is nature and proximity to the most frequented beaches this is the place. The pool area of the condominium is quite beautiful, but the furniture could be better preserved. In short, it was worth the stay!

Our stay was great! The property is cozy and very well planned. The condominium is on the sand and the house is a few meters from the beach entrance. Everything worked out and Kátia always answered us right away. I'll be back for sure.

The house is wonderful very well-equipped, exactly as in the photos, the rooms are large, very clean, the furniture great, we have nothing missing!! The condominium is fantastic, organized, safe and beautiful!! The service was the icing of the cake, Clélia cooked and served us impeccably!! We want to return!!

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and without clutter or moldy smell or anything like that, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances, and the ground floor offers rooms, a bathroom, an outdoor area, a barbecue, and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and meals while admiring the sea, and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny count. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us upon arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, it was wonderful the experience from the beginning to the end, very requested and attentive host ( Mr. Douglas) We use the pool space in common, very good, location is great with good trade structure, easy access to beaches, we want to return! The stay was very pleasant, an incredible view! As it is located right in the center, there was a little noise from events at bedtime, weekend noise, but we managed to sleep normally!

A Charming Studio in a select condominium! This is our second visit to the condominium. Very quiet at this time of year, excellent facilities, super attentive staff. Very friendly and helpful D Fernando, everything was as described in the listing.

Our stay was amazing, Marcela and Vânia were super solicited, incredible, we arrived before the Chekin and they opened the doors for us, we received with a beautiful coffee, Vânia is an amazing person, helped me in everything I needed, with tips, suggestions, even lending us her bus card…rs. The site is amazing, clean, always tidy, amazing bedding, clean and smelling bathrooms, punctual and amazing breakfast. To accommodate us on this Airbnb made our Ilhabela experience more magical and amazing. I will definitely return!

The suites are amazing! Brand new, modern and beautifully decorated. The inn is very beautiful and has a very nice pool area, close to the forest at the same time on the side of the beach. We'll definitely be back.

I highly recommend this apartment! The atmosphere is super cozy and invites you to moments of pure relaxation. The impeccable cleaning impressed me, all well cared for. The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very well cared for and extremely clean. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the utensils we can imagine — perfect for those who like to cook. The towels were smelly and soft, and the mattress and pillows super comfortable, with clean, fragrant sheets. And the view… what a spectacle! You can notice the affection and the whim in every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Great house, on the sand, rooms with good space, very clean and organized house. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen with various utensils, pots and everything very clean. The Costa do Sol condominium is excellent for spending a few days with the family, having a very quiet and pleasant beach. The condominium has a market and bakery and is located near the Riviera, with restaurant options. The house is worth every cent.

Great stay the house is better than what it looks in the pictures, the place is wonderful and the view is perfect. It has great beach options I particularly as I was with a small child I preferred the quieter Camburi and Praia da Baleia, simply perfect is very close by car. The beach that is in front of the Condominium is also very clean and beautiful but the sea is much more busy. The house is very spacious and the environments are very nice, even on the day it rained, we had a very nice day. The house is very well furnished and spacious. Ah and hot tub is a detail apart, top!!! Robson was so kind and flexible, so we were able to enjoy it until the last day, I recommend and plan to come back in a new opportunity…
